Abstract: PURPOSE: A microsatellite primer set for distinguishing onion species is provided to distinguish 79 species of onions distributing in the nation, thereby being usefully used for genuineness of onion species verification, control variety selection of variety protection and arbitration of seed dispute between companies, and purity test of F1. CONSTITUTION: A microsatellite primer set for distinguishing onion species comprises ACE039 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in sequence number 1(SEQ ID NO:1) and 2, ACM024 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 3 and 4, AFS111 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 5 and 6, ACE020 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 7 and 8, AFA08G10 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 9 and 10, ACM071 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 11 and 12, ACM154 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 13 and 14, AFAT05D09 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 15 and 16, AFA23C12 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 17 and 18, AFS015 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 19 and 20, AFAT09E05 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 21 and 22, or AFA11C12 primer set consisting of the base sequence described in the sequence number 23 and 24.

Abstract: 본발명은국내외에서유통되고있는오이품종에대하여다형성을나타내는오이품종식별용초위성체마커, 상기초위성체마커를이용한오이품종의식별방법, 오이 F1 품종의순도를검정하는방법, 및상기초위성체마커를포함하는키트에관한것이다. 구체적으로, 본발명은국내외에서유통되고있는오이 90개품종에대해높은다형성을갖는초위성체마커의조합을선별하고이를이용하여국내외에서육성된오이품종을식별할수 있게할 수있다. 본발명의방법에서사용된오이품종식별용분자표지는국내외에서육성된오이 90개품종을식별할수 있을뿐만아니라모든품종에대하여양친을식별하는이형접합성을나타내는마커가있기때문에 F1 종자의순도검정에유용하게사용될수 있다. 따라서, 본발명은농가와종자회사또는종자회사와종자회사간에발생하는종자분쟁발생시이를해결할수 있는중재수단의제공, 시중에서유통되고있는오이품종의진위성규명, 품종보호출원시대조품종의선정, 침해여부의사전모니터링및 F1 종자의순도확인등과같은여러분야에매우유용하게사용될수 있다.

Abstract: 본 고안에 의한 종자 소독 설비는, 종자 공급을 위한 투입구 및 종자 배출을 위한 배출구를 갖고 공급된 종자와 공급된 소독액을 교반하기 위해 회전하는 드럼과, 투입구로 종자를 공급하는 종자 공급장치와, 드럼을 회전시키는 드럼 구동장치와, 드럼의 내부로 소독액을 공급하는 소독액 공급장치와, 드럼으로 공급되는 소독액을 가열하는 소독액 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 고안에 의한 종자 소독 설비는 종자의 표면의 소독약제 부착도 및 소독약제 균일도를 높일 수 있고, 외부 환경에 상관없이 높은 소독 효율을 유지할 수 있다.
