Abstract: 본 발명은 피혁제조 중에 두께 조절을 위하여 불가피하게 가죽의 뒷면을 깎아내는 과정에서 발생되어 폐기되고 있는 세빙조각을 수거하여 이를 시트로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서,
육면층의 뒷면 가죽에서 발생되는 세빙조각을 원료로 하여 최종 제품의 용도 및 두께에 맞게끔 분쇄기에 투입하여 물리적 미분화 처리하는 단계와, 전처리 개념의 피혁처리제를 단계별로 0.1-10.0% 처리한 다음 pH 3.0-6.5 범위로 조절하는 단계, 및 접착성 물질인 고무와 같은 NR 및 SBR라텍스 합성물을 0.1-20.0% 혼용 투입하여 1시간 이상 교반한 다음 방수성·흡음성·항균성 및 난연성 기능을 가지는 특수 약품과 재차 혼합하여 상기 공정을 거친 혼합물에 황산알루미늄을 0.1-20.0% 투입하여 응고 처리한 상태에서 시트 제조 기계를 통과하여 압착·탈수·건조 처리하는 단계로 구성된다.
본 발명은 피혁 제조 공정 중에 두께 조절을 위하여 불가피하게 발생되는 세빙조각(Shaving scrap)을 원료로 하여 재생 시트를 제조하므로 환경적 차원에서 폐기물의 발생량을 감소시키고, 재자원화하는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A disposable sanitary pad is provided to have sterilizing effect at the contacting unit with skin for minimizing stimulus to the skin while preventing odor and to prevent various women's diseases such as leucorrhea, and itchy by excellent antibiotic and sterilizing effects. CONSTITUTION: A disposable sanitary pad is composed of an inner layer(10) of liquid permeability, a Chinese medicine layer(20) attached on the lower surface of the inner layer, an absorbing sheet(30) composed of fluff pulp containing high molecular absorbent and an outer layer(40) of liquid impermeability for being attached to the lower surface of the absorbing sheet. Herein, the Chinese medicine layer is produced by spraying a Chinese medicine solution to a gaze or a cotton fabric. And the Chinese medicine solution is produced by mixing 5-15wt% of achyranthes, 5-15wt% of smilax, 5-15wt% of clove buds, 5-15wt% of artemisiae princeps folium, 10-20wt% of peppermint, 5-15wt% of mother wort, 5-15wt% of Korean angelica root, 5-15wt% of plantago seed and 300-400wt% of water for heating to reduce the amount water into half.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fruit sorting method and a device thereof are provided to carry out the sorting according to the weight by discharging the fruits to corresponding buckets sensed by a photosensor, inform users of the sorting situation in real time via an LCD, and realize an optimum operation state by the self-diagnosis carried out in the initial operation of the device. CONSTITUTION: A device for sorting fruits includes a controller(5) which includes a microcomputer for controlling the whole operation, an input unit for inputting a range of reference set values per weight of sorting fruits, a display for displaying the set reference values as input and the operation state of the device, connectors for connecting weight signals from load cells of a weight measuring unit(2), a connector for connecting a signal output from a bucket position detection unit which informs of an operation point of a sorting unit(3), connectors for outputting signals to the sorting unit, connectors for outputting signals when the sorting unit is extended, and a NON-SRAM(10) for storing the set reference values input to the microcomputer, the weight values of fruits detected by the load cells. A method for sorting fruits includes the steps of determining whether a sorting machine is normally operating by the self-diagnosis function of a microcomputer positioned in a controller, carrying out interrupt according to a switch input via a time interrupt function of the microcomputer, carrying out interrupt according to a signal output from a bucket position detecting unit by an interrupt function of the microcomputer, carrying out the sorting via the self-diagnosis data.
