Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for regenerating information having identification code for random regeneration and its method are provided to regenerate repeatedly and sequentially by abstracting information using identification code according to user's search command after storing information having identification code for random regeneration in a memory element having a sufficient memory capacity. CONSTITUTION: A central processing unit(22) analyzes the contents inputted from a function selection unit(21) and controls a memory unit(23). The function selection unit(21) comprises a menu/search dial, a menu/selection button, an execution/stop button and a power selection button. The memory unit(23) is the nonvolatile memory element having so sufficient a capacity that the contents of usual dictionary size can be stored. A clock generation unit(26) generates clocks and supplies them to each composition unit. A power source unit(27) as a small battery or general power source supplies power to each composition unit. The central processing unit(22), the memory unit(24) and a serial communication unit(25) are connected by an address bus, a data bus and a control/state bus so that the read and write of necessary information can be proceeded.
