Abstract: The present invention relates to a magnetic port connection device and, more specifically, a method for connecting a port by using mutual gravitation of an antiferromagnetic substance and a paramagnetic substance. The present invention solves problems on damage and connection failure caused by carelessness of a user when an insertion type port is used, and there is no noise of data and speed as magnetic moment is 0 in a character of the substance. A port is a semi-spherical form and allows a user to conveniently remove and wash foreign substances. Therefore, a port unit of a storage medium and a connection terminal of a computer are formed in the semi-spherical form, and the connection terminal can be connected by the gravitation generated by a magnetic object. The connection terminal of the computer enables the connection to be safe by mounting each spring to total five connection terminals and allows a user to easily know a reason of a problem by allowing the user to confirm the connection. The port unit is protected by a magnetic cover and minimizes deterioration caused by foreign substances.
