Abstract: PURPOSE: A tantalum manufacturing device and a tantalum manufacturing method are provided which continuously produce tantalum by repeating a chain of process and improve workability and consequently productivity. CONSTITUTION: The device has a reaction container containing reductant and reaction salt and a raw materials charging container containing raw materials and prepares tantalum by injecting the raw materials charging container into the reaction container, wherein it comprises: (i) a vacuum means which prevents the oxidation of tantalum and comprises a vacuum container(100) and a vacuum pump(110); (ii) a heat-emitting means which heats the reaction container to an adequate temperature to generate electron by the reduction reaction of the reductant and the reaction salt and comprises a chamber housing(200), a heating element(220) and a temperature control device(230); and (iii) a conductor member(300) which continuously moves the electron generated by the reduction reaction to the raw material charging container charged in the vacuum container. The method comprises steps of: (i) a calcining step which discharges oxygen in the reaction container and heat-treats the reductant and reaction salt under adequate vacuum pressure at an adequate temperature for a certain time; (ii) an electron generating step which generates the electron by dissolving the heat-treated reductant and reaction salt; and (iii) a tantalum producing step which produces the tantalum by the reaction of the generated electron and the raw materials.
