Abstract: PURPOSE: A removable power plug and a manufacturing method thereof for enhancing the mass productivity are provided to enhance the productivity and reduce personnel expenses and a manufacturing cost by an automatic process. CONSTITUTION: A removable power plug(130) includes a removable plug unit and a tension spring connection terminal which is connected with an insertion plug unit(110). The removable power plug forms a molding coupling unit. A wire(120) is used for the connection the removable plug unit. The removable power plug includes a structure which is durably divided.
