Abstract:
본 발명은 항산화, 피부 노화 억제, 피부 탄력 유지 또는 주름 억제용 박태기나무( Cercis chinensis ) 추출물 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 노화 억제 및 주름 개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자원확보가 용이하고 기존에 항산화 활성 및 피부세포 노화 억제활성에 관한 보고가 없었던 박태기나무의 알코올 조추출물을 용매 분획한 후, 항산화 활성을 보이는 에틸아세테이트 분획과 부탄올 분획으로부터 분리한 항산화 활성, 노화 억제 활성을 갖는 화학식 1 내지 화학식 20으로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 박태기나무 추출물 및 이를 포함하는 피부 노화 억제용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 박태기나무 추출물은 피부의 노화를 유발하는 산화적 스트레스를 억제하는 기능이 우수할 뿐 만 아니라 노화와 관련된 텔로미어 길이의 단축 속도를 늦춤으로써 피부세포의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있으므로, 박태기나무 추출물을 포함하는 화장료 조성물은 피부 노화 방지, 피부 탄력 유지 또는 주름 완화를 위한 피부외용제형의 화장료로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

A large intestine cancer inhibiting and anti-metastasis composition comprising an extract of Fuscoporia obliqua is provided to die only cancer cell, inhibit the metastasis of the cancer cell with small side effects and not show cell toxicity on normal cells. The agent for treating large intestine cancer and inhibiting metastasis comprises an extract of Fuscoporia obliqua, which is prepared by using a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, C1-4 alcohol and a mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: Provided is a microorganism Monascus purpureus KLHS4 having high pigment productivity, which produces a large amount of hong gook pigment and antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism Monascus purpureus KLHS4(KCTC 18097P) having high pigment productivity is provided, wherein the microorganism is isolated by analysis of the color precipitation level in a Monascus sp. cultured solid medium and selecting a Monascus sp. strain showing the excellent hong gook pigment productivity. A process for producing the hong gook pigment comprises the steps of: (1) culturing Monascus purpureus KLHS4(KCTC 18097P) in a potato-sugar solid or liquid medium at 25 to 30 deg. C, preferably 28 deg. C for 10 to 20 days; and (2) extracting the cultured solid or liquid medium with methanol, wherein the solid medium is pulverized prior to the extraction; and the liquid medium is filtered and the supernatant thereof is extracted with methanol.

PURPOSE: Provided is a functional food containing astaxanthin, red ginseng and polysaccharide extracted from mycelium of Phellinus sp. strain. The functional food increases immunity, and anticancer and antistress activities, and reduces serum cholesterol level. Therefore, it is used for prevention and treatment of diseases. CONSTITUTION: The functional food is characterized by containing 0.01-0.1 wt.% of astaxanthin, 40-60 wt.% of red ginseng and 40-60 wt.% of polysaccharide extracted from mycelium of Phellinus sp. strain. The polysaccharide is galactomannoglucan.

PURPOSE: Cercis chinensis tea using leaves, stems and roots of Cercis chinensis having excellent antioxidant activity and aging-inhibiting activity is provided. It can be effectively used as a useful adjunct for the treatment of disease associated with peroxidation and a food for inhibiting skin aging. CONSTITUTION: Cercis chinensis tea is prepared by the following process consisting of: drying leaves, stems and roots of Cercis chinensis; roasting the dried Cercis chinensis for 30min at 160deg.C; rolling the roasted Cercis chinensis, drying the rolled Cercis chinensis; and then packaging the dried Cercis chinensis. The product is in the form of paper-bagged tea or granulated tea. In the manufacture of paper-bagged tea, Cercis chinensis is ground, extracted in a solvent such as water at 75 to 85deg.C and concentrated. In the case of granulated tea, granules are dried at 50 to 70deg.C to a moisture content of 5% or less.

PURPOSE: A functional food comprising as a main component a Cercis chinensis extract having antioxidant activity and aging-inhibiting activity is provided. It is harmless to the human body as compared to synthetic antioxidants and extends the life of skin cells by suppressing the telomere length associated with cell aging. CONSTITUTION: The functional food contains a Cercis chinensis extract obtained by extracting with an aqueous alcohol solution selected from the group consisting of an aqueous methanol solution, an aqueous ethanol solution, an aqueous propanol solution and an aqueous butanol solution. The food is effective in preventing and treating disease induced from aging or active oxygen. For an example, 0.48 to 1.28mg Cercis chinensis extract is mixed with 522mg honey, 5mg thioctic acid amide, 10mg nicotinic acid amide, 3mg sodium riboflavin HCl, 30mg pyridoxine HCl, 30mg inositol, 50mg ortho acid and 200ml water to give a beverage.

PURPOSE: Provided is Cercis chinensis Bunge extract which has anti-oxidation and anti-aging activities and a cosmetic composition for anti-oxidation, anti-aging and wrinkle improvement containing the same. The cosmetic composition is useful for the external application to the skin which prevents skin aging, maintains skin tightening or wrinkle improvement. CONSTITUTION: Cercis chinensis Bunge extract for anti-oxidation, anti-aging and skin tightening or anti-wrinkle is obtained by extracting Cercis chinensis Bunge with water or alcohol solution as an extraction solvent. The extract contains 0.01-1.00 wt.% of gallic acid of the formula(6), 0.01-1.00 wt.% of myricitrin of the formula(12) and 0.01-0.5 wt.% of piceatannol of the formula(5).

PURPOSE: Provided is a composite anticancer agent containing polysaccharide and adriamycin extracted form Phellinus linteus, thereby reducing adverse side effects of cancer chemotherapy and consequently treating cancer without adverse side effects. CONSTITUTION: A composite anticancer agent is characterized by containing polysaccharide and adriamycin extracted form Phellinus linteus, wherein the polysaccharide is galactomannoglucan, and the weight ratio of galactomannoglucan to adriamycin is 400-500:1. Therefore, the composite anticancer agent is useful for the treatment of cancers without adverse side effects.

PURPOSE: Provided is a novel compound useful as an intermediate in manufacturing benzastatin derivatives having an excellent inhibition activity of lipid peroxidation. Also, its manufacturing method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The novel compound is a basic structure of benzastatin useful as an inhibitor of lipid peroxidation and represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 is H, CH3, OH, nitrile group, amide group, C1-C4 alkoxy group or hydroxymethyl group; R2 is a nitrogen protection group, such as H, CH3 or PMB(paramethoxy benzyl); and R3 is H, CH3, C1-C10 alkyl group or partially unsaturated linear or branched hydrocarbon. Aldehyde compound of the formula(1a) is manufactured by the steps of: reducing a compound of the formula(5) with a reductant to prepare a compound of the formula(6); and oxidizing the alcohol compound of the formula(6) to obtain a compound of the formula(1a).
