CONSTITUTION: An optical source section (110) comprises a light emitting surface. The light emitting surface is mounted with LED emitting light to the front A heat sink portion (120) emits heat of the optical source section. A blower (150) ejects air flowed in from an air inlet through an air diffuser. A housing forms an installation space of the blower and the heat sink portion.

PURPOSE: A surface lighting device is provided to improve light efficiency by including a light source unit which supplies light to the thickness direction of a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate emits incoming light through a lower surface. A light source unit (120) comprises multiple light emitting diodes and a substrate. The light source unit supplies light to the thickness direction of the light guide plate. A side reflecting member (180) is equipped in the side end portion of the light guide plate. A frame (110) installs the light guide plate, the light source unit, and the side reflecting member.

PURPOSE: A surface lighting device is provided to make the thickness thin by installing a power supplying unit on an opening unit which is formed on the center of a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A light guide unit (110) comprises a light guide plate, a diffusing member, and a reflecting member. The light guide plate forms an opening unit one the center. A light source unit radiates toward the outer side from the center of the light guide plate. A power supplying unit (130) supplies power to the light source unit. PURPOSE: A method for recycling ferronickel slag is provided to produce high specific gravity materials, which are possibly used as concrete materials, by separating non-magnetically attaching slag with low iron content from ferronickel slag. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling ferronickel slag includes the following steps of: preparing ferronickel slag(S100); separating the ferronickel slag into magnetically attaching slag and non-magnetically attaching slag by primary magnetic classification(S200); pulverizing the separated non-magnetically attaching slag(S300); and separating the pulverized slag into the magnetically attaching slag and non-magnetically attaching slag by secondary magnetic classification(S400). The ferronickel slag includes 50-60% of SiO2, 30-40% of MgO, 0.1-10% of Fe2O3, 0.1-1% of NiO, and impurities. The average diameter of the ferronickel slag is 10mm or less. The magnetic intensity of the primary magnetic classification and secondary magnetic classification are in a range between 3 and 6kG. PURPOSE: An out-of-roundness measuring device is provided to measure the out-of-roundness of a converter more precisely by distance measurement using a laser. CONSTITUTION: An out-of-roundness measuring device comprises a supporting member, an elevating member, and an out-of-roundness measuring member(200). The supporting member is arranged in a measurement object. The elevating member is connected to the central portion of the supporting unit, thereby being elevated. The out-of-roundness measuring member is mounted on the top of the elevating member and measures the out-of-roundness of the measurement object.

PURPOSE: A joint structure of a flat plate is provided to reinforce the joint of a column and a slab by using a shear reinforcement member which is joined to a steel concrete composite slab. CONSTITUTION: A joint structure(100) of a flat plate comprises a column(110), a stiffener(120), and a shear reinforcement member(130). The column is welded to a slab. The stiffener is joined to the outer periphery of the column. The shear reinforcement member is joined to both sides of the stiffener, comprises a vertical part(132) and a horizontal part, and is combined with the concrete of the slab joined to the column. The vertical and horizontal parts are separately parallel and vertical to the height direction of the column.

PURPOSE: An integrated automatic repeat request method and a device thereof are provided to obtain synergy effect by mixing advantage between an ARQ method and a HARQ method. CONSTITUTION: An ARQ module(110) executes an ARQ. An HARQ module(120) executes a HARQ. A control module(130) selects one between the ARQ method and the HARQ method based on ARQ information transmission efficiency during an ARQ method based ACK/NAK transmission process when a receiving terminal does not correctly receive a packet. The control module transfers the ACK/NAK through the selected mode. The ARQ information transmission efficiency shows a packet count capable of transmitting during delay time through the ARQ method. The control module transfers the ACK/NAK using the selected mode to the transmitting terminal by controlling the ARQ module and the HARQ module.

PURPOSE: A service zone switching method for minimizing interference between cells in an 802.16/wibro system is provided to change the service zone of a terminal according to a proposed algorithm when the terminal does not meet QoS requirement specification. CONSTITUTION: A service zone is determined in respect to a service zone on each terminal based on the distance between multiple terminals and a base station(S10). The service state and availability on each service zone are evaluated(S20). The service zone of the terminals is converted to meet QoS requirement specification of the flows provided with service from the base station.
