    Abstract: A wireless access node provides a wireless communication service to a plurality of wireless communication devices over a first frequency band class, where a set of the wireless communication devices are currently in idle mode. A node control system detects a condition for the first frequency band class, and in response, transitions a subset of the wireless communication devices that are currently in idle mode to a second frequency band class. The wireless access node then provides the wireless communication service to the subset of the wireless communication devices over the second frequency band class.

    Abstract: An novel recipe that embodies a higher level description than currently used in the industry is described.     Abstract: The present invitation relates to a soil anchor footing supporting system within the ground surface to support steel or concrete column, brick or block wall, light post, sign post, substation equipment, pre-cast panel, retaining wall etc. It comprises of a footing slab (2) made of concrete; plurality of deformed steel bars (1) or fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) bars embedded in the lower surface of the concrete slab (2) and plurality of anchor bolts (4) or reinforcing starter bars which are embedded into upper surface of concrete slab (2) to suit steel or concrete column.     Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein provide systems and methods for override vocoder capacity operating point (COP) allocation. In a particular embodiment, a method provides determining a communication load on a wireless access node. Based on the communication load, the method provides allocating a first COP for a vocoder, wherein the vocoder is used on voice communications exchanged with the wireless access node. The method further provides determining a frame error rate of a wireless communication link between a wireless communication device and the wireless access node. If the frame error rate indicates that a COP of the wireless communication link should be lower than the first COP, the method provides allocating an override COP to the COP of the wireless communication link based on the frame error rate.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for providing enhanced access class barring in LTE are provided. In embodiments, the method includes receiving, on a mobile device, a SIB2 message. A barring factor associated with the SIB2 message is identified. In embodiments, the barring factor is dynamic based on traffic parameters associated with a network. An upper limit for a random number is set on the mobile device and the random number is generated. The random number is generated and compared to the barring factor. If the random number is less than the barring factor, access to the network is provided to the mobile device. In embodiments, an additional random number is generated for special users or devices if the random number is greater than or equal to the barring factor.

A processing system receives an application data flow from a wireless device located in a sector of a base station. The application data flow comprises a plurality of data packets.
