Abstract: A modeling system receives, in association with generating a three-dimensional (3D) virtual reset, a selection of a 3D virtual object. The modeling system presents, at a user interface, the 3D virtual object in the 3D virtual reset at a first position. The modeling system receives, via the user interface, an edit to the 3D virtual object in the 3D virtual reset. The modeling system updates the presentation of the 3D virtual reset by showing the edit. The modeling system stores the 3D virtual reset by including, in the 3D virtual reset, information about the 3D virtual object and information about the edit.

Abstract: An ergonomic manual driver includes a handle having ergonomic recesses. A manual driver includes a shank and a handle attached to the shank. The handle includes a proximal portion, a middle portion, and a distal portion. The distal portion has a distal portion distal end cross section that includes polygonal perimeter line segments joined by intervening perimeter segments. The distal portion has a distal portion proximal end cross section that includes polygonal perimeter line segments joined by intervening perimeter segments. Orientations of the polygonal perimeter line segments of the distal portion distal end are offset rotationally by 15 degrees to 45 degrees around the shank axis relative to the polygonal perimeter line segments of the distal portion proximal end. The distal portion comprises distal portion recesses, which extend from the distal portion proximal end to the distal portion distal end.

In some embodiments, a user may use a user device to scan an area that includes one or more objects. The one or more objects may be identified from image information obtained from the user device. Positional information for each of the one or more objects may be determined from depth information obtained from a depth sensor installed upon the user device. In some embodiments, the one or more objects may be mapped to object models stored in an object model database. The image information displayed on the user device may be augmented so that it depicts the object models associated with the one or more objects instead of the actual objects.

Abstract: A device includes a substrate (20), a first adhesive (33), and a carrier layer (50). The substrate has a finish layer (40). The first adhesive is disposed on an opposing side of the finish layer. The first adhesive is configured for pressure sensitive bonding. The carrier layer (50) is bonded to the finish layer by a second adhesive (55). The second adhesive is configured to retain the plurality of discontinuous segments infixed spatial alignment. The second adhesive is configured to cleanly disbond from the finish layer by manual peeling.

Abstract: A flame simulator includes a light beam source that projects a beam of light, a flame screen, a light beam mover that imparts movement to at least a part of the light beam source, and a range limiter. The light beam source includes a light source adapted to produce light and at least one light conditioner adapted to act on the light from the light source to produce the beam of light with a color, size and shape that mimics a flame when the beam strikes the flame screen.
