Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides a hinge device having tension maintaining function, the hinge device comprising: a winding member affixed to a main body of a mounted structure having an inner space formed therein; a hinge member affixed to a door that opens or closes the inner space and mounted on the winding member so as to enable the door to be pivotable; and a tension member having one end affixed to the winding member and the other end affixed to the hinge member, such that the tension member transmits a tension to the door when opening and closing the door.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slide rail locking device which comprises: an upper locking plate coupling a supporting bar mounted on an inside wall of a main body and a slide rail fixed to a side or bottom surface of a drawer, located above the supporting bar, and locked into the slide rail; a lower locking plate located below the supporting bar; a connection plate connecting the upper locking plate and the lower locking plate; and an extended plate formed by being bulged down from the lower locking plate to face the upper locking plate. According to the present invention, a gap is formed between the slide rail locking device and a vertical supporting bar, whereby undesired movement of the slide rail locking device generated by a drawing motion of the drawer being drawn out of and retracted into the main body may be offset.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a slide device including: a body provided at an end portion of a side of the fixed rail, and provided with a guide path; a slider coupled to the body, and selectively slidably movable along a longitudinal direction of the body during slidable movement of the transfer rail; a transfer pin coupled to the slider to be movable simultaneously at the time of movement of the slider, and movable along the guide path; and a damper provided in the body, and configured such that a rod end portion thereof is connected to the transfer pin. The present invention employs a structure in which the rod end part of the damper is detachably coupled to a sub-transfer pin without being directly coupled to the slider, and thereby can maximally prevent occurrence of a problem where the durability of the slider degrades during long-term reciprocating movement.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a roller unit for a drawer capable of decreasing the number of components, improving assembly productivity, and continuously maintaining a normal assembly state of the component by changing a structure of an assembled portion of the components configuring the roller unit. The roller unit includes a rotating support shaft fixed to an accommodation body, an idle roller idle-rotatably coupled to the rotating support shaft, and coupling structures provided at assembled portions of the rotating support shaft and the idle roller, respectively, the coupling structures including a locking groove formed in a circumferential direction with respect to an outer circumferential surface of the rotating support shaft, a protrusion formed on an inner circumferential surface of a fastening hole of the idle roller and coupled to the locking groove, and an assembly guiding groove formed at one end of the outer circumferential surface of the rotating support shaft.
Abstract:
A ball retainer for a slide apparatus and a mold for manufacturing the same. The ball retainer includes, in a width direction, a first extension part and a second extension part that are extended from a center line, forming a pre-determined angle with each other, in a length direction, a body part formed in the center, and a pair of holding parts. Each holding part is respectively formed at each end of the body part. Each holding part includes a plurality of ball insertion grooves for inserting balls that are spaced apart in the length direction. Expansion parts each having an expanding cross-sectional area are respectively formed at both sides in the length direction of the first extension part and the second extension part.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a push-to-open device mounted on a slide device having a fixed rail and a movable rail slidably provided on the fixed rail, and provides a push-to-open device comprising: a main body mounted on the fixed rail, and having a guide path and an inner space; a slider, which is provided on the main body so as to be capable of being caught by or released from a catching member of the movable rail, and moves along the guide path; a shaft, which has one end connected to the slider and the other end connected to an elastic member provided at the main body, and has a plurality of operating protrusions protruding from the outer peripheral surface thereof and a plurality of catching protrusions protruding at positions spaced a predetermined distance from the operating protrusions in the longitudinal direction; a rotator, which is provided at the main body, and engages with the operating protrusion to rotate in one direction by means of the movement of the shaft during a push operation, and thus is repeatedly circulated so as to be locked to or released from the catching protrusions; and the elastic member provided at the main body and elastically supporting the locking or releasing operation of the shaft and the rotator.
Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a fixing assembly comprising: a wire rack having a vertical frame and a horizontal frame; a slide rail having a fixed rail coupled to the wire rack, and a movable rail slidably arranged on the fixed rail; and a fixing means for coupling the fixed rail to the wire rack, wherein the fixing means comprises a first fixing clip provided on one side of the fixed rail, and a second fixing clip provided at the other side of the fixed rail, and the first fixing clip is laterally supported on the horizontal frame first, and then the second fixing clip is horizontally fixed to the horizontal frame.
Abstract:
One embodiment of the present invention provides an actuator comprising: a housing having a mounting space part formed therein; a motor part provided inside the housing and generating power; a reduction gear part of which a plurality of gears respectively having an internal gear and an external gear sequentially engage with each other so as to transmit the power generated in the motor part; and a rod part engaging with the gear disposed at the last position, and linearly moving according to the rotation of the gear, wherein one of the plurality of gears is formed such that the internal gear and the external gear can rotate together or rotate independently.
Abstract:
A slide unit for a drawer is disclosed. The present invention provides a slide unit for a drawer, which includes a middle slide rail molded through a simple process to enhance productivity, wherein the middle slide rail has an improved structure to enable each of a main body-side fixed rail and a drawer-side fixed rail to more smoothly slide on the middle slide rail.
