Abstract: 24,061. Stewart, R. P. Nov. 4. Teals.-Relates to the invention described in Specification No. 15,685, A.D. 1900. A ferrule or eyelet g, preferably of metal, is inserted in the mouth of the teat to prevent the teat from being drawn through the hole in the disc b. The parts are secured together by the string d, which passes through obliquely-bored holes c in the disc, then up the central hole in the latter, and is tied at the point e. The string is thus kept out of contact with the lips of the child. The disc may be segmental in section with the holes bored horizontally, parallel to the flat side.
