The present invention relates to an artificial turf structure. The artificial turf structure according to the present invention includes a first basic material and pile yarn turfed on the first basic material. The pile yarn includes loop pile yarn turfed on the first basic material in a loop type and cut pile yarn turfed on the first basic material in a cut type. Therefore, the artificial turf structure has improved mechanical strength, improved ball rolling performance, and improved appearance.

A device for covering ground according to the present invention comprises: one or more first rotation units formed at one side of the ground to circulate a first wire in a closed curve shape; one or more winding units formed to the other side of the ground to be separated from the first rotation unit and to wind or loosen a second wire; a second rotation unit connected to be fixed at the second wire between the first rotation unit and the winding unit, driven by the driving of the winding unit, and formed to circulate the first wire with the first rotation unit; and a cover having a predetermined area to cover the ground, forming a main sheet in which the other side is fixed to the first wire, in which a sliding unit is formed to be slid along the longitudinal direction of the first wire in the main sheet, and formed to be spread or folded along the first wire between one side and the other side of the ground by the circulation of the first wire.

PURPOSE: A polyolefin thread with an excellent flame retardant property and an excellent weather proof property for an artificial turf, and an artificial turf structure using the same are provided to enable an artificial turf structure to include a HALS flame retardantnd a polyolefin resin, thereby preventing fire. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin thread for an artificial turf is formed by a melted mixture. The melted mixture includes polyolefin resin 100 weight, HALS-triazine flame retardant 0.3~2.0 weight, coloring agent 1~10 weight, light stabilizing agent 0.1~3.0 weight, ultraviolet absorbing agent 0.1~3.0 weight, and antioxidant 0.1~3.0 weight. An artificial turf structure(200) includes a foam layer(10), a pile(20), and a support layer(30).

PURPOSE: A bottom pad for artificial turf, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method using the same are provided to prevent the subsidence of ground due to water flow and reduce the process for installation of drainage facility on the ground. CONSTITUTION: A bottom pad for artificial turf comprises a permeable shock pad layer(20), a permeable asphalt layer(30) and an impermeable asphalt layer(40). The permeable shock pad layer is installed under an artificial turf mat. The permeable asphalt layer is installed under the permeable shock pad layer. The impermeable asphalt layer is installed under the permeable asphalt layer.

PURPOSE: An artificial turf structure for a soccer field is provided to maintain ball rebound property and impact absorption property by including a base layer, a material layer, an elastic pad layer, a ground fabric layer, and an artificial turf file. CONSTITUTION: An artificial turf structure for a soccer field comprises a base layer(110), a material layer(120), an elastic pad layer(130), a ground fabric layer(140), and an artificial turf file. The material layer is formed on the base layer with material having a thickness of 2~20mm. The elastic pad layer is formed by positioning an elastic pad which has a thickness of 10~25mm on the material layer. The ground fabric layer fixes the artificial turf file on the elastic pad layer.

An artificial turf filling method using a natural material is provided to be environment-friendly, to have no necessity for standing up an artificial turf pile straight separately, to have no necessity of periodic re-filling works and to form artificial turf to have the similar moisture content to natural turf on the surface. An artificial turf filling method using a natural material is used for filling an admixture of silica sand and vermiculite, a multilayer structure formed by piling up a silica sand layer, a vermiculite layer and a thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) elastic layer successively, a multilayer structure formed by piling up an admixture layer of silica sand and vermiculite, a vermiculite layer and a thermoplastic elastomer elastic layer successively, or, a multilayer structure formed by piling up a first silica sand layer, a first vermiculite layer, a second silica sand layer, a second vermiculite layer and a thermoplastic elastomer elastic layer successively between artificial turf piles bound with ground weave or driven into ground weave at the height of 85~93 percent of the artificial turf pile.
