Abstract: A method for preparing an oral granule is provided to obtain the oral composition which is added to an oral composition, thereby improving the stability of oral effective ingredients, being safe to oral mucosa and showing excellent periodental disease preventing, dental caries preventing and bad smell inhibiting effects. A method for preparing an oral granule comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving an oral effective ingredient in an aqueous binder solution where at least one selected from the group consisting of microcrystalline cellulose, white sugar and starch is dispersed to prepare a layering binder solution; and (b) coating an inert core with the layering binder solution using a fluid bed coater to prepare a spherical granule. The method further comprises a step of coating a layering binder solution including TiO2 or ZnO on the granule after the step(b). An oral composition comprises 0.05-5 wt.% of the prepared oral granule regarding the total weight of the composition. Further, the fluid bed coater uses a tangential spray system.
