PURPOSE: A makeup composition oil-dispersed type is provided to ensure soft texture and excellent persistence. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for makeup contains 63-72.5 wt% of powder and 27.5-37 wt% of emollient and silicon oil. A silicon coated powder is coated with dimethyl polysiloxane or alkylsilane. The powder is talc, mica, sericite, silica, nylon powder, silicon powder, polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA), borono nitride powder, or barium sulfate. The silicon oil is dimethicone or phenyl trimethicone. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition of semi-solid type comprises: a step of adding silicon oil and emollient to silicon coated powder to prepare primary powder; and a step spraying silicon oil to the primary powder.

Titanium dioxide coating powder is provided to ensure excellent water resistance due to excellent water repellent by coating the surface of titanium dioxide particles with silicone resin, and to improve persistence of formulation and smoothly spread out formulation. Titanium dioxide coating powder has the surface of titanium dioxide coated with silicone resin. The average particle size of the titanium dioxide is 0.1~10 micrometer. The silicone resin is the MQ type and the MQ ratio is 0.7~1.3. A method for preparing titanium dioxide coating powder comprise the steps of: drying titanium dioxide; spraying silicone resin on the dried titanium dioxide; mixing and dispersing the coated titanium dioxide powder for 15~600 seconds; drying the dispersed titanium dioxide powder at 120~150 °C to remove the solvent within the silicone resin; and performing a polymerization process by heat-treating the coated titanium dioxide powder at 200~220 °C.

Abstract:
A method for reforming the surface of inorganic particles is provided to increase the serum absorption capability when the inorganic particles are applied to cosmetics by enlarging the surface area through tens of nanometers of etching, increasing the absorption using a coating material, and improving the whiteness, thereby preventing the collapse of make-up and improving darkness and dullness of the make-up. A method for improving oil absorption, whiteness, or water repellency by reforming the surface of inorganic particles comprises the steps of: (a) etching the surface of the inorganic particles using an acid to form an irregular surface layer; (b) treating the etched inorganic particles with high energy in accordance with the energy requirement; (c) washing, filtering, drying and crushing the high energy treated inorganic particles; and (d) coating the inorganic particles obtained from the step(c) with a surface treating agent such as dimethicone, methicone, triethoxycaprylylsilane, acrylates/tridecyl acrylate/triethoxysilylpropyl methacrylate/dimethicone methacrylate copolymer and triethoxysilylethyl polydimethyl siloxy ethylhexyl dimethicone.

A method for etching the surfaces of inorganic particles by acid treatment using a high energy source is provided to control gloss and feeling of use in the inorganic particles. A method for etching the surfaces of inorganic particles by acid treatment using a high energy source includes the steps of: (1) adding inorganic particles into an acid, and stirring the admixture to prepare slurry; and (2) applying a high energy source to the slurry, and washing, filtering, drying, and grinding the inorganic particles. The acid is at least one selected from the group consisting of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid. The high energy source is at least one selected from the group consisting of microwave energy, ultrasonic energy, plasma, and heating.

본명세서에는판상미세분체및 판상미세분체상에코팅된코팅층을포함하는청색복합분체와청색복합분체를유효성분으로함유하는피부투명감증진용조성물이개시된다. 상기복합분체는, 청색광을반사, 방출또는증폭시킴으로써,개선된자연스러움, 윤기및 투명감의효과를가질수 있다. 또한, 상기복합분체는, 복합분체의입자크기분포를 1 내지 16㎛로제한함으로써, 피부에균일한도포성및 균일한간섭효과를나타낼수 있다. 또한, 상기복합분체는, 이를함유하는베이스메이크업용화장료조성물에사용될수 있어유용하다.
