본 발명은 압출재의 집합조직을 현저하게 향상시킬 수 있는 압출장치 및 이러한 압출장치를 이용하는 압출방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 관점에 의하면, 투입된 피압출재를 압축하여 소정의 형상으로 배출하는 압출장치에 있어서, 상기 피압출재의 형상을 한정하기 위한 압출구멍은 압출방향에 수직인 단면형상이 상기 압출방향을 따라 가변되는 테이퍼 부분을 포함하고, 상기 테이퍼 부분은 상기 압출방향에 수직인 제1단면과 상기 제1단면에 대해 압출방향을 따라 이격된 제2단면의 단면형상이 서로 상이하며, 동일한 기준면에 대해 상기 제2단면은 대칭을 이루나 상기 제1단면은 비대칭을 이루는, 압출장치가 제공된다.

PURPOSE: An extrusion device and extrusion method thereof are provided to significantly improve formability of an extrusion material by controlling the texture of the extrusion material. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion device compresses an input material which is to be extruded and discharges the material in a fixed shape. An extrusion hole (135) for limiting the shape of the extruded material includes a tapered part (134) which is composed of a cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the extrusion direction and changed according to the extrusion direction. The tapered part has a first cross section which is perpendicular to the extrusion direction and a second cross section which is separated from the first cross section along the extrusion direction. The first and the second cross section have different cross-sectional shapes from each other. The second cross section is symmetrical with a reference surface, while the first cross section is asymmetrical with the reference surface.

PURPOSE: An extrusion method using an extruded material with an asymmetric structure is provided to significantly improve material properties such as formability of an extruded material. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion method using an extruded material with an asymmetric structure comprises the following steps. An extrusion material is formed by pushing a material which is to be extruded through an extrusion hole (135). The extrusion hole has a variable width and a fixed inclination, and includes a taper unit (134) which has a first inner surface (142) and a second inner surface (143) which are symmetrical across a reference surface including the center axis of the extrusion hole. The material which is to be extruded has a first area which is applied with shear stress by the first surface and a second area which receives shear deformation from the second inner surface; where the first area and the second area are asymmetrical across the reference surface.

PURPOSE: An asymmetric extrusion method and apparatus, an extruded material manufactured by the same, and dies for asymmetric extrusion are provided to obtain improved properties of extruded materials by controlling the texture of the extruded material. CONSTITUTION: In an asymmetric extrusion method, a material is pushed out through dies(130) with an extrusion hole having an asymmetric shape relative to the planar direction of the material(50) to induce internal shear transformation along the thickness of the material and extrude the material. The extrusion hole includes a tapered portion(134) with a multi-stage hole size to induce multi-stage shear transformation.

CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting an analyte comprises: a step of inducing conjugation of a receptor and analyte(8a) in a sample to form an analyte-conjugated bacteria-receptor complex(9); a step of filtering the bacteria-receptor complex and isolating bacteria-receptor complex using a microfilter; and a step of detecting bacteria-receptor complex using a bio-sensor chip.

PURPOSE: A peptide which binds to an antibody is provided to be used for immunoassay and antibody purification and to reduce costs. CONSTITUTION: A peptide which binds to an antibody has KHRFNKD, PIISRAT, SKPLHKM, AAPSPRN, or PLSPSQE. A method for preparing the peptide comprises: a step of searching for a phage-peptide library with seven random amino acids; a step of adding the phage-peptide library to a culture dish on which an antibody is conjugated and repetitively biopanning; and a step of detecting base sequences of a peptide with high frequency.
