A film type water leakage sensor of a tape type is adhered to roll in the floor material, the wall material and the outside of the cover; the film type water leakage sensor forms a pair of conductive line in parallel, to a longitudinal direction to the upper side of a base layer which is in a film material; an adhesion layer to adhere the base layer is formed in the bottom side of the base layer; a protective layer in the film material is laminated in the upper side of the base layer; a sensing groove is formed in the protective layer in a constant interval in order to expose the conductive line of the base layer to the upper part; and a controller is combined in one end of the film type water leakage sensor.
