Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing lightweight foamed concrete using waste concrete sludge is provided to recycle moisture-containing sludge without any treatment. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing lightweight foamed concrete using waste concrete sludge comprises the following steps of: mixing 10-50wt% waste concrete sludge and 1-5wt% high-functional water reducing admixture to obtain a first slurry; adding 1-10wt% calcium hydroxide, 1-10wt% anhydrous gypsum, 40-70wt% first-class normal cement, and 1-10wt% alumina cement to the first slurry, and stirring them uniformly; pouring water containing a foaming agent into a foam generator and putting the generated foams into the slurry to obtain a second slurry; and casting the slurry and curing it.
Abstract:
A grinding apparatus of a cylindrical shape for producing recycled aggregate of high quality is provided to produce the recycled aggregate of high quality and uniform quality by removing a paste component and mortar. A manufacturing method of recycled aggregate of high quality includes comprises the followings: crushing waste concrete with constant size; putting the recycled aggregate in an input hole(3); rotating a cylinder(2); separating mortar and cement paste attached on the surface of the aggregate from the aggregate; and producing the aggregate. The cylinder has a slope of 1.0 ~ 5° and low speed of 2 ~ 20RPM.

본 발명은 흙의 지내력 증진을 위해 강회를 주성분으로 한 그라우트재이다. 보통 그라우트재는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 부분 및 협소한 단면에 주입, 충전하여 경화시키므로서 이 부분의 강도 증가와 수밀성 향상을 목적으로 사용되며, 시멘트나 폴리머계 재료들이 대부분으로 문화재의 보수 및 복원용으로는 적합하지 않다. 그러나, 본 발명품은 문화재 건축물이나 또는 석조물 등의 지반이 침하되어, 문화재가 손상되는 경우를 방지하기 위한 목적으로 사용될 그라우트재이다. 본 발명품은 강회와 흙을 주성분으로 하고 적정한 내력을 주기 위해 백시멘트 또는 알루미나 시멘트와 조강제 등을 배합하여 재령 3일에 40kgf/㎠의 강도를 획득할 수 있는 조성물이다. 강회, 그라우트, 지내력, 문화재, 압축강도, 속경성

A recycled aggregate manufacturing method is provided to increase productivity by quickly separating alkaline mortar attached on the surface of aggregate by making the mortar react to acid cleaning water. A recycled aggregate manufacturing method comprises a crushing step for pouring and crushing the construction waste in a crusher(S10); a sorting step for putting the crushed aggregate into a sorter and then sorting out the input aggregate(S20); a floating and separating step for floating and separating foreign materials attached on the aggregate by pouring the sorted aggregate into a floating material sorter(S40); and a drying step for drying the aggregate separated from the foreign material(S50). A grinding step(S30) for pouring the sorted aggregate into a grinder and removing the existing mortar stuck on the surface of the aggregate by physically frictionizing the mortar is added between the sorting step and the floating and separating step.

PURPOSE: A multi-functional amorphous alloy fiber sheet product is provided to be used effectively for intercepting electromagnetic wave from a building as well as be used as a repair/reinforcing member of the building. CONSTITUTION: The amorphous alloy fiber sheet product has a property similar with a carbon fiber sheet having a good repair/reinforcing property, but a price thereof is considerably cheaper than the carbon fiber sheet. Also, the amorphous alloy fiber sheet product has an electromagnetic wave intercepting property. The amorphous allow fiber sheet product is manufactured by weaving amorphous alloy fiber in a lattice form and bonding them with synthetic fiber.
