Abstract: Provided are an eco-friendly NPK natural complex using livestock excretions, a manufacturing method of the compost, a fertilizing method thereof, an eco-friendly natural sulfur oilcake fertilizer, and a manufacturing method of the fertilizer. The method comprises the following steps: preprocessing process of removing foreign materials from at least one type of livestock excretions selected among cow excretions, pig excretions, and fowl excretions; blending process of absorbing liquefied manure by blending 10-30 parts by weight of at least one type of natural by-products among chaff, timbers and leaves per 100 parts by weight of livestock excretions; mixing process of mixing the livestock excretions with 1-5 parts by weight of sulfur powder, 1-5 parts by weight of ground rock phosphate, and 1-5 parts by weight of calcium powder per 100 parts by weight of the livestock excretions; and maturing process of maturing the livestock excretions by supplying 1-5 parts by weight of decomposed soil including soil microbes per 100 parts by weight of the livestock excretions. By using the present invention, the productivity can be increased since the growth of crops are promoted and the immunity of the crops are improved by making up for essential amino acids, sulfur and mineral which the crops are lack of, and the present invention is eco-friendly by using natural components. The absorption rate of the crops is high since absorbing nutritional sources are rapidly induced. The present invention uses livestock excretions discharged from farms as main materials, nutritional sources are remaining in soil for a long time to be provided to the crops. Also, overuse of nitrogen components contained in the livestock excretions is suppressed, thereby facilitating balanced growth of crops. By using the present invention, crops can fight against harmful insects and poison, and the amount of amino acid in crops is increased, which is sufficient for growing high quality of crops. Abstract: PURPOSE: A liquid sulfur composite for a fertilizer which has eco-friendly properties because of natural ingredients is provided to promote the growth of crops and to enhance immunity by supplementing sulfur and inorganic salts which are deficient in crops, thereby increasing crop production. CONSTITUTION: A liquid sulfur composite for skin care and a fertilizer contains 5-15 parts by weight of water soluble sulfur, 3-8 parts by weight of water soluble potassium, 1-5 parts by weight of water soluble nitrogen, 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of water soluble phosphorus, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of boron, and 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of silicic acid. The composite further contains one or more selected among 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of water soluble manganese, 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of water soluble copper, 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of water soluble zinc, 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of water soluble iron, and 0.01-0.1 parts by weight of molybdenum. A method for manufacturing the composite comprises the steps of: putting 100 parts by weight of water, 5-20 parts by weight of sulfur powder, 0.5-2 parts by weight of quick lime powder, 0.5-2 parts by weight of phyllite powder, 0.5-2 parts by weight of phosphate ore powder, and 0.1-1 parts by weight of calcium powder in a container and preparing a liquid mixture (S10); stirring the liquid mixture (S20); maturing the liquid mixture at room temperature for 24-48 hours (S30); and extracting a solution containing nutrients from the liquid mixture (S40).
