Abstract:
PURPOSE: A preparation method of composition for liquid fuel additive which does not require modification of structure or material of an internal combustion engine, and which obtains the same or more of efficiency and output as conventional gasoline and substantially reduces air pollution, and a system for blending the additive are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing polymeric liquid fuel additive for inducing reduction of noxious gas comprises the processes of respectively transferring light naphtha having at least 1 to 3 types of saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbons, at least 1 to 3 types of mononuclear aromatic compounds such as benzene, toluene and xylene, at least 1 to 2 types of ethers having two chain shaped hydrocarbon groups of 6 or less of carbon atoms such as methyl tertiary butyl ether and tertiary a-methyl ether, and 1 to 2 types of aliphatic alcohols having 2 to 11 hydrocarbons such as methyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol from raw material storage tanks (s-1 to s-5) to a blending tank(103) using fixed quantity transfer pumps (p-1 to p-5); blending the raw materials for 10 to 30 minutes according to discharge pressure of 0.1 to 0.7 kgf/cm¬2 supplied by blower(105) and diffuser(106) in the order of polarity of the raw materials; transferring the blended raw materials to storage tank(104) through transfer pump (p-6) so that the blended raw materials are stored in the storage tank(104); and manually or automatically charging a completed liquid product into containers from distribution pipes(107) connected to pump (p-7).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A disk filter is provided to remove varieties of contaminants by passing sewage and wastewater through many disk filters in a filter tank, and increase filtering efficiency and obtain treated water suitable for environmental standard by promptly removing suspended solids and biofilm adhered onto outer and inner sides of the filter. CONSTITUTION: An immersion type rotary disk filter comprises a hollow shaft(3) which is equipped with a longitudinal axis at the center of the hollow shaft(3) that is immersed from the top water level of a filter tank, and which is rotatable around the longitudinal axis; a central catchment pipe(4) that is double connected to the outer side of the circumference of the hollow shaft(3); a filter box comprising one or more filter frame units that are radially connected; and a driving unit(5) that is interlocked with the hollow shaft(3) and the central catchment pipe(4) by chain and sprocket(6), wherein sewage or sewage and wastewater flown into the filter tank is filtered into the disk filter, and the filtered water is collected in the central catchment pipe(4) so that the collected water is discharged to a discharge pipe installed on the side wall of the filter tank.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sequencing batch reactor(SBR) system with non-discharge of sludge is provided. In the SBR system, sludge produced in SBR is stored in a tank, and aerobic bacteria are inoculated into the sludge for decomposing organics of sludge in the aerobic and anoxic conditions. And residual sludge is mixed with oxidant for oxidation of sludge. Continuously oxidized sludge is recycled to SBR as organic and carbon sources for denitrification and phosphorus removal. Consequently, sludge volume of SBR is reduced efficiently. CONSTITUTION: The system includes: (i) withdrawing a fixed amount of sludge produced during idle step; (ii) reserving withdrawn sludge in sludge solubilization tank; (iii) inoculation of aerobic bacteria into the partitioned sludge solubilization tank and mixing sludge with oxidant; and (iv) recycling the solubilized sludge in SBR under sludge selection phase. Recycled sludge is used as organic source and carbon source for denitrification and phosphorus removal.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A high efficiency contact oxidation method in river self-purification facility and a flood prevention system using it are provided to improve turbidity, chromaticity and odor of river by reducing BOD(biological oxygen demand) and COD(chemical oxygen demand), SS(suspended solids), T-N(total nitrogen) and T-P(total phosphorous). CONSTITUTION: Large solid material in polluted river water is removed by a screen at inlet. Sand and suspended materials with specific gravity larger than 2.65 are removed in a screen tank. Various bacteria like BOD oxidation bacteria, nitrification/denitrification bacteria, polyphosphate bacteria and biopolymer cohesive agent producing bacteria are activated in a contact reaction tank.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A merged purification process for advanced sewage treatment using three stage contact aeration is provided, which can treat nitrogen and phosphorus contained in sewage stably and economically by purge control. The system has no settling tank by drastically reducing sludge generation as well as reduces various contaminants by activating Bacillus sp, Monas sp, Boda sp, Pseudomonas sp, and so on in each contact aeration tank. CONSTITUTION: The advanced sewage treatment system consists of a screen (11), a grit chamber (12), an anaerobic contact tank (13), a flow control tank (14), a contact aeration tank (15), an anoxic contact tank (16), an N2 gas emission tank (17), a filtration tank (18) and a sterilizing tank (19). The contact aeration tank (15) can be partitioned into one stage to three stages variably and selectively according to water quality. New strain Bacillus khr-10-mx and complex strain khr-5-mx are seeded to each contact aeration tank and dominantly activated for removing various organic contaminants, nitrogen and phosphorus.

PURPOSE: A method for constructing a complex barrier on a fundamental ground of waste reclaiming place is provided by which the constructed complex barrier has a good strength property, water permeability and is able to excellently self-from and self-recover. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a complex barrier comprises steps of: (i) inoculating microbial fungus on soil for constructing barrier to prevent the contact between soil particle and cement mineral and disintegrate humic acid, which inhibits pozzolanic reaction between the soil particle and cement mineral to bond together and solidify, in a short time; (ii) mixing solidifying materials causing pozzolanic reaction with the treated soil of step (i) to obtain the solidified soil; (iii) multi-layering the obtained solidified soil on the place where the barrier is installed; and (iv) treating the outer layer and then curing it.

이 발명은 생활하수를 회전원판법(RBC process) 원리에 의한 원판을 이용 미생물의 생물막을 원판표면에 형성시켜 오염된 생활하수가 미생물에 정화되어 수질검사 기준에 적합한 수질이 되고, 고액 분리된 슬럿지(Sludge)는 토양개량제 또는 양질의 유기질 비료가 되도록 하는 회전원판법에 있어서 하수 및 오폐수의 질소(N), 인(P) 제거방법에 관한 것이다. 종래법으로 처리가 되지 않던 질소(N), 인(P)을 손쉽게 제거하여 공업용수 또는 농업용수로 재활용할 수 있게 하고 처리시설의 간소화를 도모하여 시설비, 관리비등을 절감하여 국가재정 및 농촌소득증대에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
