CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a complex barrier comprises steps of: (i) inoculating microbial fungus on soil for constructing barrier to prevent the contact between soil particle and cement mineral and disintegrate humic acid, which inhibits pozzolanic reaction between the soil particle and cement mineral to bond together and solidify, in a short time; (ii) mixing solidifying materials causing pozzolanic reaction with the treated soil of step (i) to obtain the solidified soil; (iii) multi-layering the obtained solidified soil on the place where the barrier is installed; and (iv) treating the outer layer and then curing it.

    종래법으로 처리가 되지 않던 질소(N), 인(P)을 손쉽게 제거하여 공업용수 또는 농업용수로 재활용할 수 있게 하고
