PURPOSE: A roll type water-tissue manufacturing device is provided to produce a roll type water-tissue without a package using first and second conveyors. CONSTITUTION: A roll type water-tissue manufacturing device comprises the following: plural guiding rollers(100) guiding a water-tissue cloth(11) un-winded from a rolled fabric(10); a water spraying unit(200) spraying water to the water-tissue cloth; a cutting unit(300) cutting the wet water-tissue cloth into the constant size; a rolling unit(400) rolling the cut water-tissue cloth into a roll in a cylindrical form; a first conveyor(500) transferring the obtained roll type water-tissue(12) falling from the rolling unit to the longitudinal direction of the tissue; a packaging unit(600) separately packaging the tissue with a vinyl layer; and a second conveyor(700) selectively transferring the roll type water-tissue to the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the tissue.

An online collaborative authoring system and a synchronization method thereof are provided to enable users to author the same document collaboratively on the network by synchronizing the document authored by each user with the document stored in a collaborative authoring server. A collaborative authoring server(120) includes a collaborative authoring mind map representing a hierarchical relation of each node of a document collaboratively authored on the network. Each client(105-107) includes a client mind map representing the hierarchical relation of each node of the document authored by a user. A sync server(110) compares difference by parsing the collaborative authoring and client mind maps, and synchronizes changed contents to the collaborative authoring and client mind maps. The collaborative authoring server includes a collaborative authoring agent(121) exchanging data with the sync server and applying the synchronized contents to the collaborative authoring mind map, the collaborative authoring document(125), and member information(126). The client includes a client sync agent(101) exchanging the data with the sync server and applying the synchronized contents to the client mind map. A header(122) stores the changing time and synchronizing time of the collaborative authoring mind map, and a mind map ID.

PURPOSE: A composition containing a herbal extract which inhibits secretion of histamine or a tumor necrosis factor-α as a chemical mediator which is secreted from mast cells during allergic reactions, or anaphylaxis is provided. Therefore, the composition can be effectively used as an agent for or an adjunct to treatment of allergic diseases caused by being exposed to various toxic environments. CONSTITUTION: A preventing and therapeutic agent for allergic diseases comprises 2 to 8 parts by weight of Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. extract, 2 to 8 parts by weight of Rehmanniae Rhizoma extract, 1 to 6 parts by weight of Astragali Radix extract, 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of Poria cocos (Fr.) Wolf extract and 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of Zizyphi Fructus extract as an active ingredient. The above medicinal herbs are extracted in water at 100deg.C for 2 to 3hr and then fermented with 30 to 40% by weight of a mixture of rice, malted rice and yeast in a ratio of 1 to 4: 0.2 to 1:0 to 0.1. The allergic diseases include acute and chronic nasal catarrh.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of simply and easily classifying ginsengs by their growing districts, by analyzing RAPD(randomly amplified polymorphic DNA) and PCR-RFLP(PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism. CONSTITUTION: The method of classifying ginsengs comprises the steps of: extracting DNA from an individual ginseng sample; preparing the reacting solution of the extracted DNA and primers; amplifying the reacting solution; and converting the amplified genomic DNA fingerprints into binary character matrix to determine similarity using SPSS/PC+, in which the amplification is carried out by using RAPD(randomly amplified polymorphic DNA) and PCR-RFLP (PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism); and the primers have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 13 and 14.
