Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are method and apparatus for composting and evaporation of highly concentrated organic wastewater by using aerobic fermentation heat resulting from efficient water discharge of fermentation base. Also, the apparatus enables to do no discharge treatment with low cost and easy operation. CONSTITUTION: The method for composting and evaporation of highly concentrated organic wastewater using fermentation base is as follows: discharging leachate through a leachate outlet(20) on the bottom of a fermentation base(10) equipped with a frame composed of wire net, grating and nonwoven fabric to discharge leachate efficiently; sending air supplied from a blower(40) to the fermentation base to maintain aerobic condition and adequate temperature, where a discharge tube(30) connected to the blower reaches a leachate storing room(50); re-spreading the leachate over the fermentation room by leachate circulator(60).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供高效浓缩有机废水堆肥和蒸发的方法和设备，方法是利用发酵碱的有效排水所产生的有氧发酵热。 此外，该装置能够以低成本和容易的操作进行放电处理。 构成：使用发酵基料对高浓度有机废水进行堆肥和蒸发的方法如下：将渗滤液通过发酵基底（10）底部的渗滤液出口（20）排出，该发酵基底（10）装备有由网，光栅和 无纺布有效排出渗滤液; 将从鼓风机（40）供给的空气送到发酵基座，以保持有氧条件和足够的温度，其中连接到鼓风机的排放管（30）到达渗滤液储存室（50）; 通过渗滤液循环器（60）将渗滤液重新铺展在发酵室内。
