Abstract: 본 발명은 채소정식기의 플러그묘 취출장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 플러그 육묘트레이에 육묘된 묘를 자동으로 하나씩 취출하여 식부호퍼로 자동으로 공급할 수있게 이루어진 채소정식기의 플러그묘 취출장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 정식기는 인력으로 플러그묘를 하나씩 식부호퍼에 공급하여 정식이 이루어지는 반자동 정식기를 사용하고 있으나 이는 플러그묘를 공급하는 작업자와 기계를 운전하는 작업자 등 2인 이상이 작업을 수행하여야 하므로 작업능률이 떨어져 농가에서 사용을 기피하고 있다.
본 발명은 작업자에 의하여 인력으로 플러그묘를 공급하던 방식을 본발명인 플러그묘 취출장치에 의하여 자동으로 공급이 가능하게 하여 운전자 1인에 의해서도 정식작업이 가능하면서 작업능률도 보다 향상시킬 수 있도록 하고, 배추정식기나 다른 장목의 정식기에도 활용이 가능하여 활용도가 높은 특징이 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 작물의 수확물 증대를 위해 웃거름을 시비함에 있어서, 웃거름 시비를 기계적으로 비료통에서 비료를 공급하여 비료공급장치에 담아 주었다가 시비호퍼가 상사점에 도달하면 비료공급장치의 개폐장치가 개방되어 비료를 시비호퍼에 공급하고 시비호퍼에 의해 비료를 자동으로 시비할 수 있도록 한 웃거름 시비장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 작물에 웃거름을 시비함에 있어서, 비료가 담겨 있는 비료통에서 유도관을 통하여 비료공급장치에 일정량의 비료가 공급되고, 비료공급장치를 통해 시비호퍼에 비료가 공급되면, 시비호퍼는 작물의 ∠30°측면에 해당되는 위치의 땅속으로 이동·매립되며, 시비호퍼가 매립된 상태에서 개방되어 공급된 비료가 시비됨에 따라, 지상고가 높은 작물에도 시비작업 적용이 가능하고, 농민이나 재배자의 인력작업이 아닌 기계작업으로 이루어지므로 작업성 향상과 인력으로 인한 인건비의 지출을 최소화하여 재배농가의 경제성 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.-

The ratchet driving part consists of a ratchet gear(62), a counter-turn ratchet gear, a tension spring, a rod connected with the ratchet gear through a link, and a counter-turn latchet connected with a coil spring, a slider, and a link.
