Abstract: 본 발명은 빗자루 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 합성수지재로 성형되는 틀체(10)가 성형될 때 고온으로 용융된 수지액이 틀체(10)의 내부로 위치되는 빗살(20)들의 주위 틈새로 채워지며 일체로 성형되도록 통과공(41)이 뚫어지는 홀더(40)에 빗살(20)들이 일정한 돌출 높이와 간격으로 끼워져 배열되도록 빗살들을 정렬하고, 상기 홀더(40)를 몰드(30)의 내부로 틀체(10)가 성형되는 위치의 직하부에 조립하여, 이 홀더(40)와 몰드(30)의 저면에서 빗살(20)들의 틈새로 사출압력에 의해 수지액이 누출되는 것을 방지토록 차단하는 압착부재(50)(51)를 설치하며, 상기 몰드내로 고온의 수지를 소정의 압력으로 채워지게 할 때 그 내부로 위치되는 빗살(20)들의 상단이 틀체(10)와 일체로 접합되도록 하여, 사용중에 빗살들이 빠져, 수명이 단축될 염려가 전혀 없이 � �살들이 마모될 때까지 이용할 수 있도록하므로써, 제품의 신뢰도와 수명이 크게 연장되는 등의 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An outdoor drying rack is provided to dry laundry and food outdoors by conveniently installing the rack on a balustrade of a veranda in a public building. CONSTITUTION: Vertical supports(31) of a fixing frame(30) are intersected with each other from an indoor direction of a horizontal pillars(11) to an outdoor direction of the horizontal pillars. Horizontal supports(35) of the fixing frame are integrally formed on the top of the vertical supports. The horizontal supports are extended to the outdoor direction. Drying bars(40) are sequentially installed on the horizontal supports at regular intervals.
