Abstract: PURPOSE: A High durability epoxy asphalt pavement material is provided to remarkably improve properties such as the Marshall stability, a dynamic stability, a tensile strength, and an elongation so that a high waterproofing function is secured and to enhance the bond strength of a composite plane of pavement material and to delay a setting time. CONSTITUTION: A High durability epoxy asphalt pavement material comprises 80 to 95 parts by weight of aggregate, 4 to 12 parts by weight of asphalt, and 1 to 8 parts by weight of epoxy resin composition. A particle diameter of the aggregate is less than 19mm. The epoxy resin composition is composed of base materials and hardeners in weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 2. The base material is 2,2′-[(1-Methylethylidene)bis(4,1-phenyleneoxymethylene)]bisoxiranehomopolymer. The hardener is composed of a mixture of 85 to 95 % of Aminododecane and 5 to 15% by weight of Hydroxy terminated 1,3-butadiene homo polymer.

따라서 상, 하부확포롤러는 직물이 통과되는 방향으로 회전되기 때문에, 직물로 장력을 인가하지 않은 상태에서 상, 하부확포롤러의 나선형 날개로만 직물을 확포시켜 직물의 손상을 최소화하여 직물의 물성변화를 방지하며 소음 및 진동이 줄어들어 작업환경을 개선하는 효과를 발휘한다.-
