    Abstract: PURPOSE: An independent power supply apparatus by a hybrid method of a solar cell and a wind power generator rotating an outer frame are provided to reduce the mechanical loss due to an accelerating unit by using a blade that is directly fixed to the outer frame of power generator and that has much impetus, and to generate power under condition of breeze by attaching, at the end of blade, a large hinge that has large wind resistance.
