PURPOSE: A display device, an upgrading device, a display system and a control method thereof are provided to apply environment setting information stored in the upgrading device to each of the display device and use the applied environment setting information in the display device. CONSTITUTION: An upgrading device determines whether environment setting information is in the upgrading device or not when a second display device is connected (S210). The upgrading device displays a UI image when the environment setting information of the upgrading device and the second display device are different (S220,S230). PURPOSE: A method for controlling an electronic device using voice and motion recognition and an electronic device with the method are provided to perform volume level control when a slap to the right and left directions is acknowledged and channel zapping in an up and down direction is performed. CONSTITUTION: A voice input unit(110) receives a user voice and a motion input unit(120) receives a user motion. A control unit(140) recognizes the user voice or the motion. If the user voice is recognized, the control unit performs a voice task corresponding to the recognized user voice among the tasks controlled by a remote control device. If the user motion is recognized, the control unit performs a motion task corresponding to the recognized user motion among the tasks controlled by a remote control device. The voice and motion tasks are mapped with buttons included in the remote control device. PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for avoiding noise in a non-contact charging system are provided to prevent performance degradation and a malfunction by eliminating causes which have a negative effect by avoiding the noise which is generated in a wireless charger. CONSTITUTION: A wireless charge unit(110) is used as a module for supplying power to a charger circuit(130). The wireless charge unit provides a signal informing wireless telecommunication performance to a switch(120) while wirelessly communicating with an external wireless power transmission unit. A modem(150) provides the signal informing current wireless telecommunication performance to the switch when communicating with a current node on a different network. The switch isolates wireless charge power according to a wireless charge communication signal from the wireless charge unit and a modem communication signal from the modem. The charger circuit charges a battery(140) using the wireless charge power which is outputted from the switch. PURPOSE: A method for detouring hole in position based routing method and a sensor node applying the method are provided to transmit data after detouring the node as a landmark. CONSTITUTION: A sensor node receives a message data packet from an adjacent node. The transmission mode of the received data packet is confirmed. In case the transmission mode is the perimeter forwarding mode, a distance of the destination node(908) is compared with a root node(904) and a distance with the destination node. The routing method transmitting data packet based on the compared distance as described above with the next node is selected. The sensor node establishes the temporary target address as the location of landmark.

A communication terminal of a wireless sensor network and a communication method thereof are provided to suppress an increase by geometric progression of size of a contention window, even though frequency of attempting to transmit collected packets is increased. When collected packets are transmitted, a contention window of size set in an active section is set(413-419). If channel usage is not possible in the set contention window, another contention window of size linearly or exponentially expanded than the set contention window is reset in the active section(423,431). The resetting process is repeated. When the additional setup process is repeated, the size of the set contention window is linearly expanded into set expansive frequency. If the set expansive frequency elapses, the process of exponentially expanding the size of the set contention window is repeated.

A method and an apparatus for detecting an ear jack of a mobile terminal are provided to perceive the kinds of external devices and the number of terminals connected to an ear jack. A jack interface unit(160) includes a jack connection unit which is connected to an external device, and generates voltage corresponding to the connected external device. A baseband processor(180) includes a voltage signal converter which converts the voltage generated at the jack interface unit into a digital signal. A controller(170) perceives the kind of the connected external device according to the amplitude of the voltage generated at the jack interface unit. In addition, the controller controls a signal transceiving path of the perceived external device.

A remote controller for outputting a remote controller code and its method are provided to allow a user to output a desired remote controller code even when using a remote controller in dark. A keypad unit(110) includes a plurality of keys. A memory unit(120) stores main codes and sub-codes corresponding to each key of the keypad unit(110). A main code output unit(140) outputs a main code in a certain direction. A sub-code output unit(150) outputs a sub-code in a direction opposite to the direction in which the main code output unit(140) outputs the main code. When one of the plurality of keys is selected, a controller(130) controls the main code output unit(140) and the sub-code output unit(150) to output a main code or a sub-code corresponding to the selected key.

A radar system having a single circularly polarized antenna is provided to increase reception sensitivity and to decrease the influence of interference radio wave. A radar system includes a sending terminal(130) for generating a predetermined sending signal; a single circularly polarized antenna(110) for emitting the sending signal in a circularly polarized signal form and then receiving a reflected signal; a polarizer(120) for isolating the signal, which is received from the circularly polarized antenna through a first port, from the sending signal by making the phase difference between the sending signal and the received signal into 90 degrees, and then outputting the received signal to a second port; and a reception terminal(140) for receiving the signal output from the polarizer.
