Abstract: A device for copying a document and a user interface method thereof are provided to realize an easy and intuitive interface to a user, prevent waste of printing paper caused by incorrect editing or setting, induce user interest through realistic user interaction, and offer convenience by providing a menu having a short depth structure. A printing engine(150) copies an original document and a scanner(110) scans each page of the original document. A controller(140) displays a first section including information of the original document and a second section including the information of a virtual printing paper. The controller enables a user interface unit to modify contents of the second section when a setting command is received, and enables the printing engine to copy the original document according to the contents of the second section when a copy command is received. The controller displays preview information of a copy result to the virtual printing paper. The information of the original document is generated by scanning the original document with the scanner. A user interface unit(160) provides a user with an interface screen.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for reproducing music through multiple channels by using a plurality of cable/wireless communication devices are provided to enable each device to reproduce only audio data of a channel assigned thereto, thereby allowing a user to listen to stereophonic sound according to each physical position of each device. A master unit(210) searches for peripheral devices capable of performing cable/wireless communication, assigns information about audio channels to the searched peripheral devices, encodes information about the channels and information about synchronization as index information, and transmits the index information together with a music data file. Each of slave units(220,230,240,250,260) receives the index information and the music data file from the master(210) and decodes information about a channel assigned thereto and information about synchronization, thereby outputting music data of a corresponding channel.
