본발명은 SAE/LTE 시스템에서, 네트웍이단말의가입자정보에따라, 단말의 Home eNB의접속을허용할것인지거부할것인지를결정하는방안에대한것이다. 본발명에따르면, Home eNB 또는 Home eNB Gateway가 UE로부터접속을시도하는메시지를수신하면, Home eNB 또는 Home eNB Gateway는자신의 CSG ID를포함하여, 상기메시지를 MME에게전달한다. MME가해당 UE의 whitelist를포함하는가입자정보를갖고있는경우, MME는상기 whitelist를기반으로해당 UE가 Home eNB에접속가능한지여부를결정한다. MME가가입자정보를갖고있지않은경우, MME는 HSS에게해당 UE의가입자정보를요청하여접속허용여부를결정한다.

The method of managing and controlling wireless connection of the HTTP proxy device in a wireless communications network comprises the steps of receiving information indicating a wireless connection deactivation of an HTTP client performing HTTP communications or information indicating a change in an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the HTTP client from a predetermined node of the wireless communications network; and deactivating or maintaining a connection with an HTTP server based on the received information.

In the determination step, a policy determined in the previous wireless LAN AP selection procedure operation step cannot change in a wireless LAN AP selection procedure operation step which is performed afterward.
