Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for downloading bell sound with respect to a portable cellular phone is provided to enable users to select and change the bell sound according to his or her preference by downloading a preferable bell sound from a computer communication, an Internet or a voice answering service. CONSTITUTION: If a user makes an access through a communication service to a service provider server having various kinds of bell sounds as a database, the service provider transmits a list file of the bell sounds to the user. The user requests for download of the bell sound preferred among the bell sounds in the list file. A signal is transmitted so that the file requested is downloaded to the memory and a flash RAM of the terminal equipment. In addition, the user can change and remove the bell sound downloaded from the flash RAM.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for displaying a table within a document on a screen is provided to display a table without horizontal scroll bar by displaying a table according to a width of a screen and the next table according to the width of the previous screen. CONSTITUTION: A width of a table is calculated(300) by extracting the table included in a predetermined document.
