본 발명은 자율 전송률 제어가 허가된 이동 단말의 역방향 전송률 제어 방법에 있어서, 기지국으로부터의 자율 전송률 제한 지시 정보를 수신하는 제 1 단계와, 상기 자율 전송률 제한 지시 정보의 지속 여부를 판단하는 제 2 단계와, 상기 자율 전송률 제한 지시 정보가 지속적일 경우, 상기 자율 전송률 제한 지시 정보에 따라, 상기 전송률을 변경하고 다음 자율 전송률 제한 정보가 수신될 때까지 상기 변경된 전송률을 유지하는 제 3 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 이동통신 시스템에서 방송 서비스를 위한 방법에 있어서, 단말기가 방송 서비스 제어기가 생성한 방송 서비스 암호화 키 해쉬를 이용하여 사용자 인증 토큰을 생성하여 방송 등록 메시지와 함께 기지국 제어기로 송신하는 단계와, 상기 패킷 데이터 서비스 노드는 아이오에스 메시지에 실려있는 단말기 식별 번호를 이용하여 네트워크 억세스 식별자를 생성하여 아이오에스 메시지에 포함된 정보들과 함께 인증 서버로 전송하는 단계와, 상기 인증 서버는 상기 패킷 데이터 서비스 노드로부터 수신된 방송 서비스 암호화 키 아이디를 방송 서비스 제어기에 전송하는 단계와, 상기 방송 서비스 제어기는 수신된 방송 서비스 암호화 키 아이디를 이용하여 방송 서비스 암호화키를 획득하고, 상기 획득된 방송 서비스 암호화 키를 이용하여 방송 � �비스 암호화키 해쉬를 생성하여 상기 인증 서버로 전송하는 단계와, 상기 인증 서버는 상기 방송 서비스 제어기로부터 수신된 암호화키 해쉬를 이용하여 인증자를 생성하고, 상기 생성된 인증자와 상기 단말기에서 생성된 사용자 인증 토큰이 동일하고, 사용자 정보의 변화가 없으면, 상기 단말기로 방송 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A security method for a broadcasting service in a mobile communication system is provided to generate an encryption key for a broadcasting service with a masked random seed and a random seed obtained with a mask value, thereby performing more thorough security function for receiving the broadcasting service. CONSTITUTION: When a BAK(Broadcast Access Key) is transmitted(31), a random seed is generated(32). An SK(Short-time encryption Key) is generated by using the BAK and the random seed(33). A base station creates crypto-synchronization information by using a time stamp value(35,36) when a broadcast security packet is to be generated, and creates an encryption mask by performing AES(Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm with the crypto-synchronization information(34). The broadcast security packet is created by performing an XOR process for the encryption mask(37,38,39).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling a forward data rate in a mobile communication system is provided to determine a data rate control value desired by a base station, to reflect the determined value on a forward data rate, and to consider QoS parameters requested by user as well as services thereof. CONSTITUTION: When a terminal receives DRAI(Data Rate Adjustment Information)(300), the terminal confirms whether a sign bit of a DRAI field is '0'(310). If so, the terminal increases a boundary value of a DRC table as a delta bit(320). The terminal waits for new DRAI(300). If the sign bit is not '0', the terminal decreases the boundary value of the DRC table as the delta bit(330), and proceeds to the step '300'.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A broadcasting service method through a packet data channel in a wireless communication system is provided to transmit packet data for a broadcasting service and control information including an assigned user identifier therein, respectively, through a packet data channel and a packet data control channel, thereby stably supplying the broadcasting service at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives data of a PDCH(Packet Data Channel) and data of a PDCCH(Packet Data Control Channel) every time interval(100), and decodes the received data of the PDCCH by using an MAC ID to obtain control information first(105). If the decoding for the PDCCH is successful, the terminal confirms whether the received data of the PDCH is retransmitted data through the control information(115). If not, the terminal decodes the received data of the PDCH to obtain packet data(120). The terminal decides whether a CRC error is generated from the packet data(140). If not, the terminal processes the packet data, and feeds back an acknowledgement through an R(Reverse)-ACKCH(Acknowledge Channel)(145).

PURPOSE: A method for controlling a reverse data rate of packet data in a mobile communication system and a method therefor are provided to transmit state report information to a base station, so that the base station can control a reverse data rate of a mobile station. CONSTITUTION: A mobile station maintains state report information(400), and checks whether a state report update period comes(402). If so, the mobile station checks whether a current transmission buffer has more than a threshold value(408). If so, the mobile station sets a buffer indicator to '0'(410). The mobile station checks whether an increase of a transmission power is available(414). If so, the mobile station sets a power indicator to '0'(416). The mobile station updates the state report information into the set value produced from the step '416' or '418'(420).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A radio link protocol frame receiving apparatus and method of a communication system is provided to accurately compute a serial number of a transmission-delayed frame in a communication system that an RLP(Radio Link Protocol) is assigned a serial number and transmitted. CONSTITUTION: An RLP controller obtains a frame serial number(l_SEQ) of a received RLP frame(801). The RLP controller compares the obtained L_SEQ value and a value stored in an L_V(R) register(803). The RLP controller transmits the data stored in the received RLP frame to an upper layer(805). The RLP controller sets the value of the L_V(R) register as a serial number for the next frame of the previously obtained L_SEQ value(807). If the L_SEQ value is greater than the value of the L_V(R) register, the RLP controller compares the L_SEQ value with an L_V(D) register value having the possible maximum frame serial number(811). The RLP controller stores the received RLP frame in a memory(813) and stores frame serial numbers of each frame missing from the L_V(R) register value to the very value before the obtained L_SEQ in a delay frame list rather than directly requesting re-transmission of them(813). The RLP controller sets the L_V(R) register value as the next frame serial number of the L_SEQ value(817).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A framing method of packet data in a wireless communication system is provided to distinguish divided fragments with a framing header only having a minimal size in a framing layer that shares a framing function of a PPP layer, thereby improving transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A communication system adds a frame check sequence for checking an error of higher layer packet data to the higher layer packet data, and divides into plural fragments having predetermined sizes. The communication system adds 1-bit fragment headers for showing whether each of the divided fragments is a start or an end of the higher layer packet data to the divided fragments, and generates framing packets. The communication system loads the generated framing packets on a physical layer frame, and transmits the physical layer frame to a destination.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method of requesting for retransmitting a radio link protocol data in a mobile communication system are provided to effectively utilize the radio channel source by preventing the transmission of the undesired radio link protocol retransmitting signal. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a physical layer(213), a MAC layer(212) and a radio link protocol layer(211). The physical layer(213) decodes the coded frame received from the base station, requests for retransmitting by a predetermined time and transmits the retransmission number to the upper layer together with the decoded frame. The MAC layer(212) stores the status information of each channel in response to the decoding result of the frame received from the physical layer(213), transmits the frame together with the status information of each stored channel and transmits the status information of the corresponding channel to the upper layer during the decode finish detection of the specific channel. And, the radio link protocol layer(211) detects the non-received frame by inspecting the sequence number, temporally stores the received frame into the que and requests the retransmitting for the non-received frame of the corresponding channel when the decode finish signal is received from the MAC layer(212).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for transmitting multimedia data in a mobile communication system is provided to dynamically offer transmission data according to the characteristic of a multimedia service and perform an efficient retransmission. CONSTITUTION: The rate of data transmitted to a terminal is determined. In case that the priorities of the transmitting data differ each other, a high quality matching value is set in data with a high priority. The transmitting data are punched or repeated according to the set quality matching value within the size of the data provided at the determined data rate, the transmitting data are configured, and the configured data are transmitted. The terminal to which the data are transmitted is selected by a round robin type.
