    Abstract: PURPOSE: The manufacturing of a silica nanoparticle of uniform-size and the method thereof is provided to manufacture a silica nanoparticle of 5-50 nm in size through the process of regrowth of the silica nanoparticle to a size of 2 Mm whereby there is no agglomeration of the particle, is of uniform size and is well dispersible in an aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing of silica nanoparticle of uniform-size comprises of the following steps. During the heating process, the solution is melted and a basic buffer solution is added. Next, the step of separating the generated silica nanoparticle is proceeded by selecting a silica precursor from a group consisting of tetra ethyl orthosilicate, tetramethoxysilane, and silicon tetrachloride. The organic solvent is selected from a group consisting of cyclohexane, hexane, a heptane and an octane. The pH of the basic buffer solution may be 9-14 and the heating temperature may be 25-80°C.
