Abstract: 디스크를 통해 배포되는 소프트웨어를 RFID와 USB 메모리를 이용하여 물리적으로 다르게 인식하게 함으로써 소프트웨어의 불법배포를 방지하는 복제방지용 데이터인식장치와 복제방지 방법 및 이를 기록한 기록매체에 관한 것으로, RFID 태그를 부착한 디스크 형태의 제 1의 저장매체를 인식하는 디스크삽입부, 상기 RFID 태그를 인식하는 RFID 판독부, USB 메모리 형태의 제 2의 저장매체를 인식하는 USB 포트부, 상기 제 1의 저장매체 또는 상기 제 2의 저장매체에 저장된 데이터를 복호화하는 복호부, 복호화된 상기 제 1의 저장매체 또는 상기 제 2의 저장매체에 저장된 데이터를 상기 시스템으로 전송하는 전송부를 포함하는 구성을 마련한다.
상기와 같은 복제방지용 데이터인식장치와 복제방지 방법 및 이를 기록한 기록매체를 이용하는 것에 의해, RFID 태그가 부착된 디스크와 USB 메모리 장치에 소프트웨어를 암호화하여 분리 배포하여 소프트웨어를 하드웨어적으로 유일하게 인식될 수 있도록 함으로써 사용자의 개입없이 하드웨어적으로 설치에 필요한 인증을 할 수 있으므로 소프트웨어를 불법 복제로부터 보호할 수 있다.

Abstract: A web service charging system for QoS guarantee and a method thereof are provided to improve a service and guarantee reliability for the service based on a charging policy for providing a service according to service QoS. A service providing server(200) provides a client(100), connected through a network, with a chargeable web service. A UDDI(Universal Description Discovery and Integration) server(300) stores and indexes information about a web service which the service providing server provides through a UDDI registry. The UDDI server relays the stored and indexed information to the client, and supports web service selection of the client. In the UDDI server, a registry unit(310) performs a function of the UDDI registry, receives contents of a web service provided by the service providing server, and notifies the received contents to the client. An accounting manager(320) receives charging policy information or QoS(Quality of Service) status information or web service status information from the service providing server, and determines a charging level. A QoS broker unit(330) receives the charging policy information or QoS status information or web service status information through the accounting manager, and measures a QoS status for the web service to provide information about the web service to the client.
