Abstract:
PURPOSE: A crosslinked polymer is provided to contain the large amount of phosphoric acid by cross-linking, thereby having superior hydrogen ion conductivity, and improving thermal stability, chemical stability and physical strength. CONSTITUTION: A crosslinked polymer comprises a structure in the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, X is NR, and O or S, m is the integer of 3-6, and n is the integer of 1-1000. The manufacturing method of the phosphoric acid - doped electrolyte membrane comprising the crosslinked polymer comprises: a step of manufacturing a copolymer by polymerizing 1,3,5-benzene tricarboxylic acid and a compound in the chemical formula 8 in nitrogen atmosphere; a step of adding phosphoric acid; a step of reacting the copolymer with a cross-linking agent; and a step of impregnating the crosslinked polymer electrolyte membrane into phosphoric acid aqueous solution.

PURPOSE: A polymer composition is provided to obtain a cross-linked polymer composition with enhanced capability of retaining phosphoric acid at a wide range of temperature and to secure long-term durability and enhanced proton conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composition comprises: a polymer having a first repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a second repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2, and an oxazine-based monomer. In chemical formula 1, Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 arylene group or a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 heteroarylene group and m is a number from 0.01 from 1. In chemical formula 2, R1 is a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 heteroaryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 heteroaryloxy group; R2 and R3 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkyl group, an unsubstituted or substituted C1-C20 alkoxy group, an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C20 aryl group, an unsubstituted or substituted C6-C20 aryloxy group, an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C20 heteroaryl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted C3-C20 heteroaryloxy group, or R2 and R3 may be linked to form a C4-C20 carbocyclic group or a C3-C20 heterocyclic group; and n is a number from 0 to 0.99.

PURPOSE: A compound is provided to improve the content of phosphoric acids and mechanical properties and to improve voltage characteristics and cell performances in a high current density region. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C20 arylene group or a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C20 hetero arylene group, and n is a number from 1 to 300. A cross-linked material is obtained through a cross-linking reaction of a compound represented by chemical formula 1, wherein the cross-linking reaction is a cross-linking reaction between the compound represented by chemical formula 1, or a cross-linking reaction between the compound represented by chemical formula 1 and at least one carboxylic acid compound selected from the group consisting of aromatic tricarboxylic acid, heteroaromatic tricarboxylic acid, aromatic tetracarboxylic acid, and heteroaromatic tetracarboxylic acid.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing α-monohalogenated arylketone is provided to synthesize α-monohalogen-substituted arylketone with an environment-friendly method, to enable the synthesis in a mild condition, and to minimize the production of by-products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing α-monohalogenated arylketone comprises a step of reacting arylketone with a compound selected from the group consisting of alkyl halides, halogen molecule, N-iodosuccinimide, N-bromosuccinimide, N-chlorosuccinimide and N- fluorosuccinimide in the presence of ionic solvent and (hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo)benzene.
