The present invention discloses a grill shutter driving device for driving a plurality of grill shutters installed in a route to which air is introduced, comprising a body unit which is interposed between the grill shutters; a motor unit which is installed in the body unit to generate a driving force for driving the grill shutters; a control unit which controls the generation of the driving force of the motor unit; and a connection unit which supplies the driving force of the motor unit to the grill shutters, wherein the motor unit includes a plurality of windings that an electric coil is winded, a magnetized stator and permanent magnet to have magnetic properties, and a rotator which is interfered by the magnetization of the stator and is rotated, and wherein the even-numbered windings are arranged to be spaced in the radial form while having an asymmetry winding structure so that the electric coil is winded in only one side of the windings opposite to each other. According to the present invention, the electric coil may be winded in only a part of the windings in which a torque is generated, thereby improving the process efficiency by the simplification of the part number and the process.

PURPOSE: Location correction method of a Hall sensor of a BLDC electric motor using reverse electromotive voltage and BLDC electric motor supporting the same are provided to reduce vibration and noise by decreasing torque ripple. PURPOSE: A rotor including permanent magnets having different thicknesses and a motor including thereof are provided to reduce a cogging torque and torque ripple by solving the imbalance of air gap flux density, thereby reducing noises. CONSTITUTION: A rotor is inserted into a rotor insertion hole of a stator for being rotatably installed. The rotor includes a rotor iron core(21) and a plurality of permanent magnets. The rotor iron core has a rotating shaft insertion hole(25); and a plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes(26) which is formed in the circumference of the rotating shaft insertion hole. Each of the plurality of permanent magnets is respectively inserted into the plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes for forming an N pole and an S pole.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for reducing vibration of a compressor based on frequency analysis for speed are provided to conveniently reduce vibration of a compressor and to operate the compressor at a low speed area to enable control of a fixed temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method and an apparatus for reducing vibration of a compressor based on frequency analysis for speed comprises a vibration reduction operating unit(150), a torque command generator(160) corresponding to vibration, a speed controller(170), and a torque controller(190). The vibration reduction operating unit implements frequency analysis aimed at speed values of a compressor for each time. In case of increasing speed ripple of a specific time, torque is controlled to reduce the relevant speed ripple. The torque command generator generates torque commands according to torque adjusted values. The speed controller generates speed commands for operating the compressor. The torque controller implements inverter control for driving a motor by using values in which the torque commands are added to the speed commands.

CONSTITUTION: The synchronous motor comprises a stator(10) and a rotor. The rotor includes a rotor core(21), a plurality of permanent magnets(22), and a plurality of conductor bars(23). The rotor core is formed by laminating rotor steel plates with an identical shape in the axial direction. The rotor core includes a rotary shaft insertion hole for inserting the rotary shaft. PURPOSE: A rotor of a pole transform synchronous motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a magnet layer in a rotor core easily by forming the magnet layer by compressing/molding power, including magnetic material, in an outer circumference of the rotor core. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductors(120) is installed along an edge of a rotor core(110). Powders include magnetic materials capable of re-magnetization by an exciting pole. A magnet layer(130) is formed by compressing/molding the powder in an outer circumference of the rotor core. The magnet layer includes a rare earth bonded magnet. An oxidation prevention layer(131) is formed on a surface of the magnet layer. The powder includes rare earth type alloy(Nd-Fe-B Alloy).
