Abstract: A rice sandwich, according to the present invention, comprises: a content layer including at least one food; a first cover layer arranged on the upper surface and lower surface of the content layer, whereby the first cover layer is largely provided as a flat shape; and a second cover layer. The present invention can provide at least one of the content layer, the first cover layer, and the second cover layer, wherein a food material to consist of the each layer is packed by an edible film, so the dispersion of contents can be inhibited.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a closed hood which generates and uses an air curtain to prevent contaminants from scattering to the outside. Accordingly, the closed hood can collect the contaminants emitted from a contamination source to discharge the contaminants through an outlet formed on a side. The present invention includes: a duct unit which is arranged on the upper part of the outlet to discharge high-pressure air to create the air curtain to circulate the air in the hood and prevent the contaminants from being emitted toward the outlet; and an air supply means supplying the high-pressure air to the duct unit.
