CONSTITUTION: A novel compound for an organic photoelectric device is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 is selected from a group comprising an alkylene group having a single bond and a carbon number of 1-10 and an arylene group having a carbon number of 6-30.     Abstract: An organic compound and organic photoelectric device containing the same are provided to resolve in organic solvent, generate fluorescence and phosphorescence from red wavelength and blue wavelength. An organic compound is denoted by the chemical formula A. In the chemical formula A, L is subsitituent of the chemical formula A-1 or A-2. An organic photoelectric device comprises a substrate, anode, hole transport layer, light emitting layer, electron transport layer, and cathode. A method for producing the organic photoelectric device using the organic compound comprises: a step of coating a material for anode on the substrate; a step of forming hole transport layer using vacuum evaporation, sputtering or spin coating; a step of forming light emitting layer on the hole transport layer through the method of vacuum evaporation, spin coating, and solution coating method of inkjet printing; a step of forming electron transport layer and cathode on the light emitting layer.
