    Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic thin film solar cell which includes a substrate, a first electrode layer, a blocking layer, a TiO_2 nano-layer, a photoactive layer, a hole capturing layer, and a second electrode layer which are successively stacked. The TiO_2 nano-layer includes a nano-rod, a nano-layer or a nano-wall with an orientation angle of at least 60 degrees. The organic thin film solar cell obtains high light conversion efficiency and efficiently transmits exciton by including the TiO2 nano-layer with an interval within a diffusion distance range of the exciton.
