    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of preparing a freeze-dried and fried food product by mixing a raw sweet potato with an additive, freeze-drying and frying is provided. Therefore, the food product is easily and simply cooked within a short time while having a characteristic taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: About 80 to 96% by weight of a raw sweet potato is blanched at 85 to 95deg.C for 30 to 120sec in blanching water, which is obtained by blending a sweetening agent, an acidulant, a flavorings, salt or the like, and then coated with 1 to 5% by weight of a surface coating material containing 80 to 95.0% by weight of corn starch, 0 to 10% by weight of wheat starch, 0 to 10% by weight of dextrin and 0 to 10% by weight of alpha-starch. Thereafter, the product is fried in vegetable oil at 110 to 150deg.C for 30 to 90sec, precooled at room temperature and then freeze-dried at -35 to -40deg.C for 2hr.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of ice for ice products such as adzuki bean sherbet that serves soft texture and unique flavor of ice by adding spicy with refreshing feeling of the sherbet is provided, which can maintain the texture of ice for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The ice is produced by the steps of : (i) mixing 77.7wt% of refined and sterilized water, 7.8-12.5wt% of dry milk, 4.7-9.4wt% of refined white sugar, and 0.2-0.4wt% of additive with stirring at high speed until the contents are dispersed evenly ; (ii) getting a solution of the mixture by heating the mixture at 85-95°C in a mixing tank with stirring at low speed and quick freezing the solution at 25-35°C by passing the mixed solution through a cooler ; (iii) filling a container with the mixed solution and freezing at -35 to -40°C for 5-12hr ; and then (iv) maturing the frozen ice at -18 to -25°C for 24hr and getting flake shaped ice product by cutting into thin pieces. The additive is a mixture of an emulsion stabilizing agent, salt, thickener, spice and food colors.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A filter device washed automatically is provided to enhance a cleansing function and to eliminate a unit filter element surely by the rapid movement of cleansing water throughout upper part to lower part of the unit filter element. CONSTITUTION: The filter device washed automatically comprises a housing(10); an unit filter element(20); a unit filter drum(30); an upward washing rotating member(40); a downward washing rotating member(50); a drain valve(60); a cylinder member(70); a connection part(80); and a flux help rod. The fluid flows in passes through the unit filter element and it is filtered. Multiple unit filter elements are equipped according to a columnar direction. The unit filter drum surrounds the unit filter element. The upward washing rotating member is connected to the upper direction of a specifically selected unit filtering drum. The downward washing rotating member is connected to the lower direction of a specifically selected unit filtering drum. The cylinder member ejects and inhales fluids by the reciprocating motion of a piston(72). The connection part connects the cylinder and the upward washing rotating member. The upper direction washing rotating member is located in the unit filter drum of the specific any one. The fluid ejected from cylinder member is flown to the unit filter drum of the specific any one through the upper direction washing rotating member. The unit filter element of the specific any one is washed. Fluid is flowed out in after that through the drain valve. The flux help rod is equipped in the internal space of the unit filter element. Cross section of the flux help rod, it over the time gradually widens to downward.
