    Abstract: 폐피착제의재활용성을높이고유기용매를사용하지않음으로써환경친화적인수용성접착제의제조방법이개시된다. 본발명은염화아연(ZnCl) 0.58 - 0.60%, 염화칼륨(KCl) 1.97 - 1.99% 및제올라이트(zeolite) 2.96 - 2.98%를혼합분쇄하여혼합물을생성하고, 생성된혼합물에소비탄트리올레이트(sobitan tri oleate) 0.38 - 0.40%를첨가하여혼합조성물을생성하는단계, 혼합조성물에저급의알킬기또는히드록시알킬기와천연셀룰로오스를결합시켜형성된수용성셀룰로오스를 92 - 94% 첨가하여분말접착조성물을생성하는단계, 분말접착조성물 8%에물 80%를가하여 30분동안교반하여혼합액을생성한후, 생성된혼합액에농도 37%의멜라민-포름알데히드(melamine-formaldehyde) 수지수용액 12%를첨가하여 15분동안교반하는단계로이루어진다. 본발명에따른수용성접착제제조방법은수용성셀룰로오스를사용하여접착력및 항균성이우수하고, 접착제를사용한포장지등을재생할때 접착제가완전하게제거된다. 또한, 유기용매를사용하지않아인체에해가없으며환경친화적이다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a waterproof and high strength cushion board for packing cucumber by coating water soluble polymer maintaining a film state at room temperature, but dissociating on condition that a box is infiltrated in water at high temperature for long time. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof and high strength cushion board is obtained by a process containing the steps of: dissolving 10-50wt.% of partially gummed type PVA having 500-1700 of polymerization degree, based on water, in 80deg.C water; adding 0.2-5wt.% of cationic starch and CMC, based on the PVA, respectively, so composing a coating solution; putting 3-5wt.% of boracic acid or methylol resin, and melamine resin or urea resin into the solution, followed by mixing; and then coating 0.5-3wt.% of the solution on a cushion board base paper sized for over 15seconds, based on the cushion board base paper.
