Abstract: PURPOSE: A nano web with large average pore size and large average air gap is provided to enhance performance and degree of integration. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nano web(10) comprises: a step of preparing a polyamic acid solution; a step of spinning the polyamic acid using an electrospinning device under 850 to 3,500 V/cm of electric field to form a nano fiber(1); and a step of collecting the nano fibers to prepare nano fiber aggregate. The polyamic acid solution contains 5-20 weight% of polyamic acid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wound dressing using nanofibers formed with polymers and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to facilitate a recovery of a would while protecting the wound, and to provide a dressing material with high biocompatibility, moisture permeability and others. CONSTITUTION: A wound dressing using nanofibers comprises the following: a first fiber layer contacting with a wounded skin while being fabricated with a non-woven fabric form by crossing plural nanofibers composing polymers by electro spinning; and a second fiber layer located on the upper side of the first fiber layer while being fabricated with a non-woven fabric form by crossing plural nanofibers composing high absorbent polymers by electro spinning. The nanofiber forming the first and the second fiber layers has an average diameter of 100~1,000 nanometers. The pores formed in between the nanofibers has an average diameter of 100~1000 nanometers.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dustproof mask is provided, which makes respiration facilitated in wearing and improves deodorization for eliminating bad smell. CONSTITUTION: A dustproof mask comprises a fibrous structure material(A); and nano-fiber web(B) consisting of nano-fibers of which the average diameter is 10~1,500 manometers. The nano-fiber includes deodorizing agent of 0.1~5.0 weight% against nano-fiber. The nano-fiber web is produced in the electric spinning method. The electric spinning method forms nano-fiber by spraying spinning solution to a collector and stacks the nano-fiber web on the collector.
