    Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for rendering images of a transmission electron microscope are provided to improve the processing speed in comparison with single computer by forming image process algorithms to be parallel with each other. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal connects to a rendering server of a grid computing base. A user terminal comprises a user interface for rendering of an electron microscope image. The rendering server renders the electron microscope image according to a work request from the user terminal. A data grid stores the electron microscope image data and is connected to the user terminal to transmit electron microscope image data. The data grid receives the rendered outcome from the user terminal and stores it.
