본 발명은 공조기용 열교환기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 공조기용 열교환기는 내부에 냉매가 흐르며 상기 냉매와 외부 공기와의 열교환이 가능하도록 설치된 배관 및 냉각핀을 포함하는 공조기용 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 배관과 냉각핀 중 적어도 어느 하나의 표면에 코팅층이 형성되되, 상기 코팅층은 불규칙하게 형성되는 분할홈에 의해 분할되어 결정화된 다수 개의 그레인(grain)이 단일층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 제조비용 절감 및 제조공정의 단순화가 가능하고, 서리의 착상 지연 또는 방지 및 열교환효율을 획기적으로 개선하여 공조기 시스템 전체의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 공조기용 열교환기가 제공된다. 그레인, 서리, 착상, 열교환기, 냉각핀, 냉매관, 공조기

PURPOSE: A device for filtering exhaust fumes is provided to enhance overall filtering efficiency since relatively little mass of particles are collected at a first dust collecting unit and great mass of particles are collected at a second dust collecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for filtering exhaust fumes comprises a charging unit(110), a first dust collecting unit(120) and a second dust collecting unit. The charging unit generates cation or anion using applied voltage. The first dust collecting unit collects fine particles charged by ion generated from the charging unit. The second dust collecting unit is installed outside the charging unit. The second dust collecting unit collects greater particles than the particles collected from the first dust collecting unit.

PURPOSE: An electronic dust collector having an insulative fixture structure is provided to reduce the instability of a corona discharge. CONSTITUTION: An electronic dust collector comprises: an electrode(20) which is vertically mounted with respect to the direction of discharged gas and has a cooling hole to which cooling air or cooling gas is supplied; an insulative fixture device(30) which is made of an insulative material and has a slit for spraying air; and an insulative fixture(50) having a slit spraying gas in the direction of the electrode.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating high density ozone gas is provided to produce high concentration of ozone gas by cooling heat which is generated by plasma discharge in a discharge electrode generating plasma used for production of the ozone gas. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating high density ozone gas includes a high voltage generator, a cooler, a plasma reactor(130), an oxygen generator, and an air compressor. The plasma reactor includes a first discharge electrode, a second discharge electrode, and a grounding electrode(139). The ceramic plates form the first and the second discharge electrodes. The first ceramic plate blocks leakage of metallic foreign materials.

PURPOSE: An electrostatic precipitator with automatic regeneration unit for cleaning exhaust gas from vehicles is provided to improve collecting efficiency using a large amount of ions generated from an ion-generating unit. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic precipitator with automatic regeneration unit for cleaning exhaust gas from vehicles comprises the following units. Minute particles included in exhaust gas are charged with positive ion or negative ion supplied from a high voltage generating unit(33) in an ion-generating unit(30). A collection regeneration unit receives power from a rated voltage current generating unit and heats the minute particles to oxidize them. The collection regeneration unit is comprised of collecting regeneration plates(21).

PURPOSE: An electrostatic precipitator is provided to spread cleaning water uniformly on a dust collecting plate using a hydrophilic coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic precipitator comprises an electric cyclone chamber, discharge electrode, and dust collecting plate(10). The electric cyclone chamber sucks contaminated air in order to collect dust electrically and expel the clean air to the outside. The discharge electrode and dust collecting plate face each other within the electric cyclone chamber. The discharge electrode and dust collecting plate generate corona discharge between them. The dust collecting plate has a coating layer(10a) on the surface thereon. The coating layer is hydrophilic. The coating layer is made of oxides.

A burner for regenerating a catalyzed particulate filter for a diesel engine and a catalyzed particulate filter using the same are provided to obtain economical advantage by using heat of flame in evaporating fuel through a heat transferring member. A burner for regenerating a catalyzed particulate filter for a diesel engine comprises evaporators(10,20), a combustor(30) and a heat transferring member(37). Liquefied fuel is injected into the evaporator and then evaporated. The combustor is provided at a side of the evaporator to remix mixed gas exhausted from the evaporator and then ignite the mixed gas. The heat transferring member has a first end, which is in contact with the evaporator, and a second end, which is exposed to flame in the combustor.
