Abstract: PURPOSE: A water-based adhesive composition for vulcanizing shoes is provided to effectively produce a strong adhesive force by curing and adhering an upper leather, and unvulcanized rubber. CONSTITUTION: A water-based adhesive composition for vulcanizing shoes contains 100 parts of polychloroprene latex by weight, 5~10 parts of nano filler by weight; 2~5 parts of drying accelerator by weight, 3~5 parts of water-dispersible cross linking promoter by weight, 0.5~0.2 parts of oxidation stabilizer by weight, and 0.5~2 parts of ultraviolet ray absorbing agent. The drying accelerator is selected from the group consisting of magnesium acetate, cobalt acetate, and zinc acetate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hot melt adhesive composition is provided to improve the durability and the adhesive property of the composition compared to a conventional adhesive composition, and to secure the fast drying time and the environment-friendly property. CONSTITUTION: A hot melt adhesive composition for inner sheets of a photo album contains 20~50 parts of styrene block copolymer-based resin by weight, 20~50 parts of tackifying resin by weight, 5~30 parts of viscosity modifier by weight, and 1~3 parts of oxidation stabilizer by weight. The styrene block copolymer-based resin preferred has melting index of 5~30 grams per 10 minutes at 200 deg C. The tackifying resin is selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic petroleum resin, an aromatic petroleum resin, a rosin resin, a rosin ester resin, a terphene resin, a terphene phonol resin, a hydrogenated resin, and an alkyl phenol resin.

A synthesis method of a polyurethane pre-polymer using polyol containing crystalline polyol of 60 weight% or more, diisocyanate with two NCO groups at the end, and dimethylol propionic acid, includes the steps of: adding 0.1~1.0 parts by weight of nano-sized inorganic compound based on polyol 100.0 parts by weight to synthesize a polyurethane pre-polymer; neutralizing by adding a neutralizing agent to the polyurethane pre-polymer; and chain-extending by adding a chain extender to the resultant.
