Abstract: A system and a method for offering a customized service are provided to offer a customized service to a user by automatically receiving bio-signal according to a service use of the user from a bio signal sensor and offering the service based on service status information and bio signal. One or more measuring organism signal sensor(100) measures the bio-signal of a user and outputs a result to a communications network. A service terminal(120) establishes a service providing plan on a bio-signal measured in a measuring organism signal sensor and usage form information of the service according to the use of service of user. A form measuring unit measures the service usage form information provided to user.
