PURPOSE: A method for effectively detecting multi moving objects in a high resolution image and a system thereof are provided to effectively divide only moving objects from a continuously moving background, thereby accurately tracking objects. CONSTITUTION: Image data are collected. The standard deviation, dispersion, average, and a weighted value of each model are initialized(S300). An input image is converted into a color space according to a purpose(S310). The image data is processed based on the converted color space(S320~S360).

A method and an apparatus for managing composition of individual subscribers in a customer network management system are provided to flexibly supply a line circuit configuration method of an individual subscriber so that a subscriber receives a customer network management service by selecting only desired ports. A customer network management system checks whether a customer network management service subscription application exists(S411). The customer network management system searches port information(S413). The customer network management system determines a designated circuit line number is correct by comparing the designated circuit line number with configuration information(S416). A method for providing failure quality according to an IP(Internet Protocol) media SLA(Service Level Agreement) and a system therefor are provided to provide SLA failure quality of an IP media service by monitoring whether an IP media service has an error according to each class of service users and determining whether a generated error infringes failure quality. A controller(22) makes a monitor list including monitor periods of each subscriber with respect to inputted failure information and corresponding subscriber information. A monitor unit(24) requests an available bandwidth from a set-top box by using the created monitor list, receives a response to the request, and checks whether an IP media service has an error. A DB(Database)(23) stores the monitor list. The controller(22) stores the created monitor list in the DB(23), and the monitor unit(24) reads the monitor list from the DB(23) and uses it.

본 발명은, 분산 환경에서 ATM 망에 연결된 프레임 릴레이 망과 기 설정된 다수의 연결설정 시스템간에 접속되어, 상기 다수의 연결설정 시스템 중 특정 연결설정 시스템의 요구에 따라 상기 프레임 릴레이 망과 상기 ATM 망의 연결을 제어하는 게이트웨이 시스템으로서, 상기 게이트웨이 시스템은, 상기 특정 연결설정 시스템으로부터 제공되는 연결설정 명령 및 특정 양 단 점에 관한 정보를 전달받아, 상기 프레임 릴레이 망 내의 연동 점이 구성되어 있는 프레임 릴레이 교환기에 상세 설정정보를 제공하고, 그 설정에 대응하는 결과를 상기 연동 점이 구성되어 있는 프레임 릴레이 교환기로부터 받아 상기 특정 연결설정 시스템으로 넘겨주는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 SLA 시스템 운용자들에게 시스템 운용 시 발생하는 운용 메시지를 운용자 등급별 설정에 따라 전송하기 위한 운용 메시지 필터링 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 SLA 시스템 운용자들에게 시스템 운용 시 발생하는 운용 메시지를 운용자 등급별 설정에 따라 전송하기 위한 운용 메시지 필터링 방법은, 복수의 운용자로부터 운용 메시지 수신 시, 상기 운용 메시지에서 발생 지역 정보와, SLA 품질 지표 코드와, 위반 또는 경보값과, 서비스 유형 코드값을 추출하는 단계와; 상기 추출된 소정의 정보를 이용하여 전송용 문자열을 형성하는 단계와; SLA 지표에 따른 서비스별 통지 테이블을 검색하여 동일한 지역 코드를 갖는 이동단말기 번호를 추출하는 단계; 및 운용메시지 전송 모듈에 상기 이동단말기 번호 및 상기 전송용 문자열을 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 웹 서비스 연동을 하는 초고속 국가 망 통합 망 관리 체계에서의 프레임 릴레이 망을 구성하는 장비에 대한 관리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 웹 서비스 연동을 하는 통합 망 관리 체계에서의 프레임 릴레이 망 구성 장비 관리 방법은, 가입자 청약 정보 수신 후, 상기 청약 정보에 포함된 FR 교환기의 현행화된 시설 정보가 상기 프레임 릴레이 망의 실제 시설 정보와 불일치함으로써 청약 처리에 실패한 경우, 상기 FR 교환기내 하부 시설 정보를 수집하는 단계와; 상기 하부 시설 정보에 포함된 최상위 계층 장비부터 최하위 계층장비까지 차례대로 검색하여 상기 현행화된 시설 정보와 불일치된 장비를 확인하는 단계; 및 상기 초고속 국가망 시설 관리 시스템에 상기 현행화된 시설 정보와 불일치된 장비에 대한 현행화를 요청하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A method for setting an ATM PVC(Permanent Virtual Circuit) connection using SNMP network management systems in an ATM network managed by the plural SNMP network management systems is provided to enable SNMP network management systems to manage resource information by exchanges, thereby supplying a connection restoration function while performing a PVC connection function by using the plural SNMP network management systems. CONSTITUTION: An SNMP network management system confirms a subscriber A located at a start point and an ATM exchange adjacent to the subscriber A(S21), and confirms a subscriber B located at an end point and an ATM exchange adjacent to the subscriber B(S22). The SNMP transmits identifiers of the ATM exchanges and required bandwidths to a path setup block(S23). The system receives a calculated path from the path setup block, and stores the calculated path at a temporary path table(S24). The system confirms whether a PVC exchange is not set(S25). If so, the system requests a PVC setup of the PVC exchange(S26), and receives a setup result from the exchange(S27). The system confirms whether a connection identifier exists at a PVC connection setup information table(S30). If not, the system reversely extracts exchange lists from the temporary path table once at a time(S31). The system requests the exchange to cancel the PVC setup(S32).

PURPOSE: A method for detecting and correcting the management information of a frame relay network in a super speed information communication integrated network management system is provided to guarantee the integrity of data by executing an information correction processing scheme through a frame relay network management gateway system for inconsistent frame relay subscriber and PVC connection information. CONSTITUTION: A service management system(101) consists of a subscriber management system and a resource management system. The subscriber management system executes a subscription business associated function for subscribers. The resource management system manages physical or logical resources. A frame relay network(103) comprises local network operating systems(105) and a frame relay network management system(104). The frame relay network management system(104) connects all the local network operating systems(105) and executes a monitoring function for them. A frame relay network management gateway system(102) executes a protocol conversion function between the service management system(101) and the frame relay network management system(104).

PURPOSE: A method for establishing a connection between a frame relay network and an ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) network using a network management system in a distributed environment is provided to extend a range of connection establishing function by designing a gateway system and devising a connection establishing procedure. CONSTITUTION: After a gateway system has been operated(S1), information associated with both ends together with a connection establishing command are received through IDL(Interface Definition Language)(S2). If an exchange for providing FrAtm Port(Frame relay ATM Port) is detected(S3), the corresponding information are stored a buffering database(S4), and configuration information are extracted from the database(S5). If a provisioning mode(S6), the associated parameters are sent to an adapter(S7). A Virtual Framer is set(S8), and each address of FrAtm and Atmif(Asynchronous Transfer Interface) is set to a Next point address of the opposite side(S9). A Dlci(Data Link Connection Identifier) number of frame relay is mapped with Vpi(Virtual Path Identifier)/Vci(Virtual Channel Identifier) in Atm(S10). Traffic parameter mapping between the frame relay and the Atm is performed(S11). The provisioning mode is set(S12).
