PURPOSE: A machine type communication system is provided to transmit data through a machine type communication service. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit(520) transmits the characteristic information of machine type communication terminals(500) to a machine type communication server. A receiver(510) receives control information considering the characteristic of the machine type communication terminal from the machine type communication server in response to the characteristic information of machine type communication terminal.

PURPOSE: In the multimedia broadcast multicast service, by using the down link-control channel the error packet retransmission scheme about the request for retransmission information transfer method of the error packet and request for retransmission transmit the specify information. CONSTITUTION: The MBMS packet(305) is received from the base station. In the received MBMS packet as described above, the presence of error is identified. The request for retransmission information about the error packet is transmited by at least using one among the PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel), and the random access preamble for the PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel) and random access procedure.

PURPOSE: A random joint system using multi carrier structure in a mobile communication system is provided to quickly process a random joint by a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A preamble transmission unit(610) transmits a first preamble to a base station by the uplink carrier. Using the first downlink carrier selected in response to the first preamble between plural downlink carriers, a receiver(620) receives the information toward the first radio resource of the uplink carrier. A data transmission unit(630) transmits the first uplink data to the base station by first radio resource. The base station receives a second uplink data from a second terminal by second radio resource.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for steadily operating a base station by separating an operation of the base station into a transmission/reception operation and a connection operation with an upper network is provided to minimize the power consumption of the base station by performing a continuous operation according to the satisfaction of a condition. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station) controller(121-5) distinguishes between a continuous or discontinuous operation of a micro base station in consideration of the state of an allowed mobile terminal. The base station controller separately applies the determined operation to a transmitter and a receiver. The base station controller offers the information about an operation state. The transmitter and receiver turns function blocks off by the generation of each control signal.

PURPOSE: A method for dynamic resource allocation and data transmission in a mobile communication systems using relays is provided to increase the efficiency of wireless resources in user by dynamically allocating the wireless resources to a base station and a repeater. CONSTITUTION: The radio resources of an eNB(evolved Node B) and a repeater are dynamically allocated(410), and a control signal including the modulation information of transmission data through a PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel)(412). Through a PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel), a data signal is transmitted to the repeater or the terminal(414). The base station check whether the retransmission result defines a transmission error(416,418), and re-transmits the control signal and data signal through the PDCCH and the PDSCH(420).

PURPOSE: A base station device and a terminal device are provided to enable a terminal to recognize a cell type in advance in a cellular mobile communication system having a hierarchical cell structure. CONSTITUTION: A base station device includes a signal generator(211) and a transmitting unit(212). The signal generator generates a synchronization channel signal based on a cell type that the base station device controls. A terminal device includes a receiving unit(222) and a recognizing unit(221). A random access method in a cellular system and an apparatus thereof are provided to use radio resources efficiently by using information about whether an arbitrary access preamble index exists. A terminal(100) of a cellular system comprises a preamble transmission unit(110), an arbitrary access response message processing unit(120) and a control information transmission unit(130). The preamble transmission unit randomly selects one among sequences, set by a base station(200), and transmits the arbitrary access preamble. The arbitrary access response message processing unit receives an arbitrary access response message including a sequence of the arbitrary access preamble and loaded-state information related to the arbitrary access from the base station. The control information transmission unit generates radio resource control information transmission based on the extracted response information, and then transmits it.

A method for receiving packets in a mobile communication system is provided to operate a mobile station in one of operation levels according to activity of packet data of a corresponding service, thereby achieving an efficient low-consumption operation. A mobile station receives information about inconsecutive reception operation parameters including a reception cycle from a base station(S110). The mobile station is operated in one of a first operation level at which data are received every a first reception cycle, a second operation level at which data are received every a second reception cycle shorter than the first reception cycle, and a consecutive reception level at which the packet data are consecutively received, thereby receiving packets(S170,S190). The mobile station selects one of the first operation level, the second operation level, and the consecutive operation level, according to activity of the packet data.
