Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic processing method by using a transferring device is provided to obtain optimal information by moving an upper roller according to thickness of an object and to conveniently control a position of a guide. CONSTITUTION: An automatic processing method by a transfer comprises a supplying tank(100a); a first sensor(S1) sensing information of an object supplied from the supply tank; a first driving roller(200a) transferring the object with specific speed; a first supporting roller(300a); a second sensor(S2) sensing the object transferred by the first driving roller; a bar code reader(400a) receiving a sensing signal of the second sensor to read a bar code printed on the object; a printer(500) printing the reading information of the object; a third sensor(S3) sensing the object carried by a second driving roller(200b) and a second supporting roller(300b); a fourth sensor(S4) sensing the object passing through the printer; a result displayer(600) displaying interpreting result into the object; and a fifth sensor(S5) discharging the object printed by the interpreted result.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for creating mail delivery information is provided to classify mails rapidly and exactly by endowing a priority order in a mail address information element being recognized from mails and calculating a zip code and a delivery order code through comparing mail information recognized in accordance with the priority order with mail information stored in a database. CONSTITUTION: In a mails delivery information creating system for creating delivery information of mails, a recognition unit(12) recognizes a mail address from a mail. A mail address recognition result creating unit(13) re-arrays construction elements of the recognized mail addresses in accordance with a priority order. A storing unit stores information with respect to the mail address. A mail address comparing and mail address creating unit(24) compares the construction elements of the recognized mail address with the information with respect to mail addresses being successively stored in a storing unit from the superior, and creates a zip code of the mail address.
