Abstract: PURPOSE: A visible light wireless communication method which uses a DMX-512 network and an apparatus for the same are provided to effectively deliver visible light communication data which is transmitted through a visible light wireless communication to a light source by using a DMX-512 lighting control network. CONSTITUTION: A DMX signal generator (420) generates visible light communication data packets. Each of the visible light communication data packets includes a DMX header, segmented information, and a data fragment. A DMX signal transmitting unit (408) transmits the visible light communication data packets to LED lighting devices which are connected through a DMX-512 network for a visible light wireless communication. The data fragment is generated by fragmentizing a visible light communication frame to transmit. Abstract: PURPOSE: A lighting control device and a method based on DMX(Digital Multiplex) are provided to automatically set the channels of LED(Light Emitting Diode) lighting devices connected with a DMX512 network and to provide corresponding information to a control console, thereby transmitting a required channel information signal without an extra manipulation of the control console, completely being compatible with an existing DMX protocol, and automatically setting the channel and identifying channel information. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling the color of an RGB light emitting diode(LED) are provided to obtain precise full colors by analyzing the nonlinear characteristic of the RGB LED and reconstructing the nonlinear characteristic into the linear characteristic. CONSTITUTION: An RGB LED color controlling apparatus includes a color reconstructing part(100), a modulation part(110), a measuring part(130), and a color controlling part(150). The modulation part modulates the RGB of the RGB LED and supplies a plurality of signals. The measuring part responds to the signals and measures the brightness values of light generated from the RGB LED.
