Abstract:
PURPOSE: A smart card is provided to satisfy the ISO/ICE 7816(international Organization for Standardization/International Electrotechnical Commission) as a contact standard and the ISO/ICE 14443 as a non-contact standard, and to enable a non-contact interface to generate a reset signal and a clock from a wireless signal of a card reader. CONSTITUTION: The smart card(1) includes a CPU(22), a memory(23) and a crypto module(21). The CPU(22) communicates with a system logic circuit(30) through a bus. The system logic circuit(30) intermediates the communication between the CPU(22) and the card reader connecting through a contact interface or a non-contact interface. The contact interface connects contact terminals(P1-P5) with the system logic circuit(30). The non-contact interface connects a non-contact antenna(26) with the system logic circuit(30). The non-contact interface includes the RFC(Radio Frequency Circuit)(40). The RFC(40) detects power, a reset signal, the clock and data(RFI-TX) from the signal received by the non-contact antenna(26), provides it to the system logic circuit(30), and provides the data(RFI-RX) from the system logical circuit(30) to the card reader.

PURPOSE: A frequency-dependent negative resistor is provided to easily adjust current or voltage by changing a D-value of an FDNR using a TAA(trans-admittance amplifier) having a good frequency feature. CONSTITUTION: A non-inverting differentiator(121) is composed an operational amplifier(121a), a capacitor(C), and a resistor(R). A trans-admittance amplifier(TAA)(122a) receives a voltage from the non-inverting differentiator(121) and outputs an output feedback current. An input voltage(Vin) is connected to a positive input terminal of the operational amplifier(121a). The non-inverting differentiator(121) differentiates the input voltage to generate a differentiated voltage. The TAA(122a) generates the output feedback current based on the differentiated voltage from the non-inverting differentiator(121).

PURPOSE: An active wireless power apparatus which has an energy harvest function and a method thereof are provided to supply power to reduce power consumption of a wireless communication device, to enable the wireless communication device to be operated mainly in a power down mode state, and to supply power to the wireless communication device when communications are required. CONSTITUTION: An active wireless power apparatus includes a gathering unit(21) which receives a radio signal of light or frequency which is transmitted from the outside, and a power generation unit(22) which processes a signal which is outputted through the gathering unit, and outputs a fixed level of a voltage signal. A wireless communication device, which is in a power down mode, is woken up and operated in an operation mode according to the voltage signal. PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) tag equipped with a physical switch is provided to increase recognition ratio of an RFID tag by supplying a physical switch. CONSTITUTION: An antenna receives an RF signal from a reader. An AFE(Analog Front End)(110) generates voltage by using the RF signal. The switch is inserted between the antenna and the AFE and controls connection between the antenna and the AFE through switching operation. The switch includes first and third switches, a control module(120), and a rechargeable battery(140).
